Příprava a vlastnosti feroelektrických keramických materiálů / Preparation and properties of ferroelectric ceramic materials

Vykoukalová, Tereza January 2012 (has links)
The aim of the work was a processing of ceramic material based on BST for ferroelectric application. Wet chemical techniques based on precipitations and sol-gel methods with ultrasound, hydrothermal or mechanochemical treatment supporting deaglomeration and reducing particle growth were used for BST ceramic powder synthesis. Suitable powders were selected by the evaluation of particle morphology, size and agglomeration, from these powders BST bulk ceramic with defined phase composition and morphology applicable for ferroelectric applications was prepared. It was found, that the most suitable method for preparation of phase pure and nanosized BST powder was sol-gel synthesis with solvothermal treatment (200 °C/48 h). Ceramic with relative density of 85 % TD and with the average grain size of about 1, 22 µm was prepared by pressing and sintering of the powder synthesized by the sol-gel method.

Reologické vlastnosti gelů pro Pechiniho syntézy / Rheological properties of gels for Pechini syntheses

Wirthová, Michaela January 2009 (has links)
This work deals with preparation of layers of ceramic materials – perovskites. The introductory part includes general characteristics concerning structure, properties and use of this materials. In details then there is described method of their preparation, namely Pechini´s syntheses, which are most widely used. Optimum molar ratio of components is discussed, in the sense of what compositions lead to creation of perovskite structures. Influence of this parameter on rheological properties of precursory gels is described in the end of the first part of work. In experimental section there are described preparations of gels, which are prepared via reaction between citric acid and ethylene glycol and gels, which are prepared by Pechini´s synthesis. Rheological properties of prepared gels (density, viscosity and surface tension) and besides determination of amount of nitrates in gels are characterized. Temperature dependence of viscosity of gels, that are prepared by reaction of citric acid and ethylene glycol are determined. In final part successful preparations of perovskite layers is shown on ceramic substrate. This layers are observed by means of light optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.

Básnická škola J. Vrchlického / Poetic School of J. Vrchlický

SLÁMOVÁ, Kateřina January 2015 (has links)
The aim is to create a basic imagination about the poetic school of J. Vrchlicky on the basic of selected literary historical synthesis. Subsequently my task is to create a database of information about book publications which belong to this field. The aim of the work is to find a representative sample of book publications which comment Jaroslav Vrchlicky´s work and his after epigones. Therefore, I focus on authors who belong into the enclave Poetry School of Jaroslav Vrchlicky. I chronologically sort and briefly characterize these poets and writers.

Žák s SPU na 1. stupni ZŠ / Pupil with disorder of learning in primary school

Šustrová, Eliška January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with specific learning disabilities on the first level of primary education. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the basic concepts, to the etiology of the occurrence of specific learning disabilities and to the classification of their manifestation. It draws up the possibilities of the diagnostics and of the follow-up re-education. It describes the possibilities of educating students with disabilities at basic schools or individually. The practical part of this thesis focuses on exploring the issue of specific learning disabilities on the first level of primary education, namely, in the third and fourth grade. Three case reports whose results most visibly pointed to a problem are also present here.

Makroregionální struktury světa: reprezentace, percepce a objektivizace / Macroregional structures of the world: representation, preception, and objectivisation

Polonský, Filip January 2012 (has links)
The thesis brings insight to the problem of geosocietal differentiation of the world and its interpretation in the schemes of (major) world regional structures. These schemes are matter of different presentation and representation and have utility in organization of both scientific and non-scientific practices. A more detailed analysis and discussion of academic approaches to global macroregionalization was provided, which was followed by an analysis of the views of so-called global actors. Assessed was also situation in Czech and Slovak education (geographical textbooks). Perceptions of regional schemes are represented by views of geography students. Struggles with objectification were related to several-variant-based consideration of internal homogeneity and external heterogeneity of macroregions. Also assessed were world economic flows, distribution of integrated power potential and its development (1950 - 2008). Conclusions bring synthesis of the findings, as well as an outline of possible future research topics.

Využití nových genomických technik ve studiu patogeneze vybraných vzácných dědičných onemocnění. / Application of novel genomic techniques in studies of pathogenesis of selected rare inherited disorders

Nosková, Lenka January 2013 (has links)
Rare diseases are a heterogeneous group of disorders. Knowledge of their molecular basis is poor and till recently there were no appropriate methodical approaches due to a limited number of patients. Novel genomic techniques, especially the DNA array technology and the next generation sequencing emerging in last few years, enabled studies of these diseases even in small families and sporadic cases. This PhD thesis focuses on application of novel genomic techniques in studies of rare inherited diseases. It describes a use of DNA array technology in linkage analysis, analysis of differential gene expression, analysis of copy number variations and homozygous mapping, and a use of next generation sequencing technology. Combination of these methods was used for identification of molecular basis of adult neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis, Rotor syndrome, isolated defect of ATP synthase and mucopolysaccharidosis type IIIC.

Polovodičová keramika pro termoelektrické aplikace / Semiconducting ceramics for thermoelectric application

Jebavá, Alžběta January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on the syhnthesis of multicomponent ceramic system based on Ca-(Mn,Co)-O. The thesis is devided in theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part is describing ceramic materials for thermoelectric application, preparation and synthesis of these materials and their processing. The experimental part is dealing with synthesis of ceramic powder which is processed to the porous ceramics. The properties of prepared porous ceramics are observed.

Organofosforové deriváty pro "click-chemistry" / Organophosphorus derivatives for "click-chemistry"

Zemek, Ondřej January 2013 (has links)
Ondřej Zemek Organophosphorus derivatives for "click-chemistry" In this diploma thesis two new macrocyclic ligands were synthesized. They have DO3A moiety where metal (lanthanide) ion can be coordinated and terminal acetylenic or azide group connected through the phosphinic acid. Both terminal acetylenic and azide group should serve for connecting to another molecules or partitions by mean of "click chemistry" i.e. [1,3] copperI catalyzed dipolar cycloaddition between azide and acetylene. In this thesis two ligands, its complexes with some lanthanides as well as its precursors were prepared and characterized. Gd3+ complexes will be further used and studied for potential MRI contrast agents applications.
