This thesis deals with communication process among staff in a nursing home (the facility requested not to be named). It deals as well with implementing change in the structure of multidisciplinary staff meeting in the same nursing home to improve team cooperation and to fulfill Standards for Quality in Social Services. In four chapters of the theoretical part, author follows introduction to the topic of human communication and intracompany communication to determine researched domain. For the same reason author later deals with subject of teams, it's creation, leadership and team roles. Third chapter pursues topic of meetings, their benefit, types and rules how to conduct an effective meeting. Theoretical part ends with contextualization of communication process within the Standards for Quality in Social Services. Practical part contains diagnostics of communication process among staff in a nursing home that showed the need to conduct change in the structure of multidisciplinary staff meeting. The diploma thesis Cooperation of Teams and Joint Leisure Time of Employees deals with relation between frequency of involvement of individuals in cooperation of teams and their evaluation of the cooperation, information sharing and spending leisure time with colleagues. In the theoretical part, the theme is put into the broader framework of culture. The main areas affecting the problem are defined further. Emphasis is put on corporate culture, organizational climate and social relations between individuals in a company. In the empirical part of the text, the research question is described, the main hypothesis is set, the operational hypotheses are derived, the operationalization is performed, and the company and its teams that are subject of the research are presented. Subsequently, all processes and their relation being subject of the research are theoretically anchored and described based on the data analysis. In the concluding part of the text, there is an overview of mutual sympathy, ties and antipathy of members of the studied teams as well as it is found out to what extent the data analysis confirms the hypotheses determined. The aim of the diploma thesis is to outline the possibilities of information support of project teams by an Informational Specialist. The theoretical part introduces different project management methodologies and further specifies the individual project phases as seen by PMBoK methodology. In the chapters focusing on each of the phases of a project, all necessary input sources as well as all output documents that are essential for the project to move on to its next phase are defined and elaborated on. This part is followed by a description of possibilities of information support for working with information sources and creating output documents with regard to competencies, which an Information Specialist should have. Key in this respect is the third and the fourth chapter, including specific proposals on the possibility of information support of a project team by an Information Specialist. The practical part is focused on the role of an Information Specialist in the implementation of a specific project in a company - in particular, a major financial institution on the Czech market. While the theoretical part is based on the study of literature, the practical part is mainly based on personal consultation with a Project Manager of the company.

Annotation: The thesis is focused on educating parents of children with perinatal risks. The work focuses on justifying the need of special educator within the multidisciplinary team of therapists and his role in the work with children with perinatal stress. Based on the questionnaire results it shows how parents are informed about the therapy options, leisure activities and other source of information. The work highlights how essential is to coordinate all offers of variety organizations and the need for long-term and systematic educational work. In the theoretical part of the thesis is the child examination and the importance of early detection of children with threats followed by clearly elaborated complex of the child psychomotor development. Further characteristics describe children with perinatal risks to define their basic diagnosis and the consequences of individual systems damages and the relevance of further development. The work shows the possibility of intervention using the latest trends in work with children at risk and the importance of early initiation and the need to combine the therapies.

The topic of the thesis is Multiculturalism of the companies in the European Union as one of the approach of managing cultural diversity. The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview on different approaches to this topic based on different materials already published as well as on good practices used in the companies. The main question of the thesis is: DO the companies on the EU market go toward the model of multicultural organization? The thesis contains of four parts. The first one explains most important terms which are multiculturalism, diversity and diversity management. It also summarizes the brief history of diversity management as well as the importance of managing diversity. It explains also the factors creating the interest of cultural diversity and its management. The second part explains the perspective of the EU. It elaborates recent demographic changes as one of the external factors influencing the attitude toward managing diversity. It explains also the Immigration Policy of the EU in more details. EU legislation focusing on discrimination and equal opportunities is also part of this chapter. The third chapter focuses on diversity from the organizations point of view. It explains the Cox model as one of the theories of dividing companies based on their approach to cultural diversity. It also describes the main techniques used for the transition to multicultural company. The part of this chapter focuses also on multicultural teams and their performance. The last chapter of the thesis describes good practices in managing cultural diversity of the companies on the EU market and the particular tips created by EU to help small and medium enterprises to manager diversity.

Options and application pastoral theology in posttraumatic team HZS CR. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section dedicates to the process of developing psychological service in selected components of integrated rescue systém and the formation and other developing of teams who have to provide psychological assistance during some extraordinary events. It also pays attention to the theoretical cognition of stress problems, traumas and posttraumatic disorders. The significant chapter is the part that is concerned with communication which is the main resource while providing help. The second section dedicates to the practical theology, its origin and gradual development in Central Europe. They are listed two main concepts of developing the practical theology which are important for understanding next formation and the possibility of using practical theology in interdisciplinary activities. Analysis of the constitutive elements of the Church is the mainstay. Main attention is paid to diakonia and linking charitable service of the Church. The third and also closing part includes the practical verification findings via questionnaire. The results and comments gained thanks to questionnaire as well with theoretical knowledge and practice of professional life enable the final evaluation of the whole work. Practical part consists of a questionnary created for the research, gathered data via this questionnaire and a guideline for creating an international/intercultural team. Sources will be literature and other bibliography related to particular chapters of our work.
