The aim of the dissertation is to investigate the dependencies of the structure of polyester multifilament yarn fabrics and their permeability to air on the fabric structure factors and to develop methods for designing air permeable fabrics.

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami Lietuvos tekstilės pramonės tarptautinio konkurencingumo didinimo aspektai. Aprašoma tekstilės pramonės tarptautinio konkurencingumo reikšmė šiuolaikiniam Lietuvos ūkio sektoriui. Mokslinių šaltinių analizės metu buvo nustatyta, kad pramonės tarptautinis konkurencingumas priklauso nuo tokių veiksnių kaip santykiniai ar absoliutūs šalies pranašumai (klimatinės sąlygos, geografinė padėtis, apsirūpinimas ištekliais ir pan.), naujų technologijų taikymo gamybos procese, investicijų, valstybės politikos įgyvendinant pramonės tarptautinio konkurencingumo didinimą. Siekiant įvertinti Lietuvos tekstilės pramonės tarptautinį konkurencingumą buvo atlikti empiriniai tyrimai, kurie leido nustatyti veiksnius, labiausiai veikiančius šalies tekstilės pramonę ir jos konkurencingumą. Taip pat darbe analizuojama įvairių šalių patirtis tekstilės pramonės tarptautinio konkurencingumo didinimo srityje. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius aspektus, darbe yra pateikiamos rekomendacijos Lietuvos tekstilės pramonės tarptautiniam konkurencingumui didinti. Darbo pabaigoje yra suformuluotos išvados ir pasiūlymai. The meaning of textile industry international competitiveness to modern Lithuania economics is being described. During scientific sources analysis it was found that the industry's international competitiveness depends on factors such as relative or absolute advantages of the state (climate, geographical position, resources and self-sufficiency, etc..), new technologies in the production process, investments, government policy in the international competitiveness of industry . In order to assess the Lithuanian textile industry international competitiveness empirical surveys were disposed, which allowed the identification of the factors most affecting the country's textile industry and its competitiveness. It was also examined the practice of the various countries in textile industry international competitiveness improvement. The concept competence (lot – competentia dependence / according law) in international dictionary (2001) is explaining like the functional faculty to do certain activity in an adequacy, to have for it enough news, skills, and energy. Students, with pedagogical help, educating its common faculties, valuables attitudes during the training process and get technological competences in these usage ranges: in information, finances, security of products, laws and ecological. That’s why in primary school a lot of attention has to be paid to each student in education of use orientated topical life in public. The aim the work – is to investigate and to value elder class student’s competence of textile usage. The tasks of the investigation: 1. To create the investigation states and model for textile usage competence, according analyzed scientific and methodical literature in chosen theme. 2. To investigate the competence of textile usage among elder classes in three aspects: · realization of textile consumer news about strands, cloths, and products. · frequency of textile usage in practice of capability. · importance of value attitudes valuating itself like consumer. 3. Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas žmogiškųjų išteklių formavimo ir panaudojimo tobulinimas pramonės įmonėse. Pateikiama metodinės, mokslinės literatūros analizė siekiant išsiaiškinti žmogiškųjų išteklių formavimo ir tobulinimo principus ir problemų sprendimo būdus. Atlikta Lietuvos aprangos ir tekstilės pramonės sektoriaus analizė, pasitelkiant anoniminę anketinę apklausą. Analizės tikslas – išsiaiškinti ir išnagrinėti Lietuvos aprangos ir tekstilės pramonės įmonėse vykdomą žmogiškųjų išteklių formavimo ir panaudojimo tobulinimo politiką, nustatyti silpnąsias vietas žmogiškųjų išteklių formavimo ir tobulinimo srityse. Suformuotas žmogiškųjų išteklių formavimo ir tobulinimo modelis, pritaikytas Lietuvos tekstilės ir aprangos pramonės sektoriaus įmonėms. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius žmogiškųjų išteklių formavimo ir panaudojimo tobulinimo vertinimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. / The thesis dealt with the formation of human resources development and utilization of industrial plants. Available methodical, scientific literature to determine human resource development and improvement of the principles and problem-solving techniques. Work comprise theoretical and methodical issues analysis, using an anonymous questionnaire. Clothing and textile industry, aiming to clarify and examine the Lithuanian apparel and textile companies' human resources development and utilization to improve policies which address vulnerabilities in human resource development and improvement in areas dominated by this sector. Formed by human resource development and improvement of the model is adapted to Lithuanian textile and clothing industry clothing industry. An examination of theoretical and practical human resource development and use of assessment to improve aspects of the final conclusions and recommendations. Structure: introduction, theoretical part, analytical part of the project, conclusions and suggestions, references. Magistro darbo tikslas yra apžvelgus prekybos pramonės šakos produkcija teoriją, išanalizuoti Kinijos prekybos poveikį Lietuvos tekstilės pramonei. Pirmoje darbo dalyje pateikiama prekybos pramonės šakos viduje teorija, jos atsiradimo priežastys, palyginimas su prekyba tarp skirtingų pramonės šakų. Aprašomas prekybos pramonės šakos viduje skaičiavimas. Analizuojama pastarosios prekybos nauda. Antrojoje darbo dalyje analizuojamas staigus Kinijos ekonominis atsigavimas, vertinama Kinijos prekyba su pasauliu. Apžvelgiamas Kinijos prekybos poveikis Europos Sąjungos tekstilės ir aprangos sektoriui po pasaulinio kvotų panaikinimo 2005 metais. Pateikiami tekstilės importo iš Kinijos, kaip problemos, galimi sprendimo būdai. Trečiojoje magistro darbo dalyje pirmiausiai pateikiama Lietuvos-Kinijos prekyba (jos mastai, struktūra). Toliau analizuojamas Kinijos prekybos tekstile poveikis Lietuvos tekstilės pramonei. Atliekami prekybos pramonės šakos viduje skaičiavimai. Vertinamas tekstilės importo iš Kinijos poveikis Lietuvos bendrai šio sektoriaus gamybai bei užimtumui. Galiausiai darbe pateikiami apibendrinti atlikto tyrimo „Kiniškos tekstilės vertinimas Lietuvoje“ rezultatai. / The goal of the Master's thesis is to review the theory of intra-industry trade and analyse the influence of Chinese trade on Lithuanian textile industry. The first part of the work presents the theory of intra-industry trade, causes for its appearance, comparison with trade between industries. Calculation of intra-industry trade is described. The benefit of the latter is analysed. The second part of the paper includes an analysis of the sudden economical recovery of China, Chinese trade with the world is estimated. Next, an overview of the influence of Chinese trade on the European Union textile and clothing industry after the lifting of global quotas in 2005 is presented. Possible solutions to problem of textile import from China are provided. The third part of the Master's thesis primarily delivers information on Lithuanian-Chinese trade (its scope, structure). The influence of Chinese textile trade is further analysed. Calculations of intra-industry trade are carried out. Influence of textiles import from China to production and employment within this field in Lithuania is assessed. Finally, the paper presents summarized results of a research „Evaluation of Chinese textile in Lithuania“.
