This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current state and effectiveness of the information system of a selected trading company dealing with the distribution of craft beer in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Based on the findings of the IS analysis, the aim of the thesis is to propose changes that will eliminate potential shortcomings.

This diploma thesis analyses a company providing complex sport services in a Vyškov region. The analysis assesses the information system of the organization to understand its position. It identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to use it as a foundation for a new company IT strategy.

The problematics of gigabit optical networks as well as web technologies suitable for a web tool implementation were studied within this thesis. An experimental web application for monitoring GPON frames is developed based on the proposed system architecture. The frontend is implemented using ReactJS and the Tornado web framework is used for backend implementation. Data for analysis are read from the stream using the Kafka platform.

The aim of Analysis of Business Process Diagrams is to create procedure that is able to find typical patterns in business process diagrams. Besides, it is necessary to design and implement application, which will be able to find and mark selected workflow patterns. This analysis is based on XML document, in which a business process diagram is stored. Important thing is to keep the ability to extend the number of patterns, which can be find out in a diagram. Also, it is important to solve some special situations, i.e. overlapping of patterns.

The master's thesis focuses on the creation of the automatic error cleansing software which clears the errors generated by the ordering system. Based on the error analysis (e.g. their causes and possibilities of their correction) the software enables the automatic error correction without the necessity of any manual action resulting in minimal delay of customers’ orders.
