Porovnání vybraných vegetačních indexů a určení jejich vhodnosti pro popis variability výnosu na zemědělském pozemku / Comparison of selected vegetation indices and determination of suitability for yield description on agricultural fieldKřížová, Kateřina January 2016 (has links)
Calculation of vegetation indices (VI) is an effective method how to evaluate a condition of a monitored vegetation. It is a non-destructive and low-cost approach and its results are crucial for planning agronomic management within a monitored field.
Diploma thesis deals with the determination of suitability of selected VI to describe the yield variability related to topographic attributes and weather conditions. The study area was a 11.5 ha field. To derive selected VI LANDSAT 5 images with a spatial resolution of 30 m were used. These images were taken in years 2005 and 2011 for winter wheat and in years 2006 and 2010, when oat was grown. SW ENVI and ArcGIS were used to obtain specific values. Those were used for statistical analysis. The results indicated a strong relationship between all selected VI and yield, respectively topographic factor. Selected VI derived from LANDSAT 5 images can be used to describe yield variability over a monitored field.

Zefektivnění postupu stanovení variability půdních vlastností pro precizní zemědělstvíNovák, Jaroslav January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the study of soil variability and soil properties through direct and indirect methods. The aim of this work was to verify whether the combination of data, determined by direct and indirect mapping methods, will allow to identify the variability that will be used to more accurately differentiate the cultivation measures. Within the thesis, a model of bare soil variability assessment was also developed from the RS data defined by the arable land blocks from the LPIS through the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Coefficient of Variation (CV). The model was verified by two sets of atmospherically corrected data and the observed values were compared with the results of Agrochemical Soil Testing (AST). Conformity was particularly evident in blocks with an area with more than 100 hectares, where a larg number of samples / pixels was evaluated. In order to verify the using of the data combination of directly and indirectly mapping variability, two plots of 53 and 38 ha were analyzed. At both sites, soil sampling, soil electrical conductivity (ECa) was measured, and the Digital Terrain Model (DTM) data and the derived Topographic Wetness Index (TWI) were obtained for optimization purposes. In total, three types of sampling designs were created for each data source of indirect mapping methods using regression analysis, variability of indirect mapping data, and a combination of ASP results from previous designs and indirect methods data. A comparison of the sampling designs has shown, that the combination of direct and indirect methods refines the variability of soil properties. However, there is a link between the input data of direct and indirect mapping methods. It is also evident, that sampling designs based on indirect measurement data provides more accurate information about the variability of the observed soil properties.

Přímé a inverzní modelování topografie a gravitačního pole planet / Forward and Inverse Modeling of Planetary Gravity and TopographyPauer, Martin January 2013 (has links)
Title: Forward and Inverse Modeling of Planetary Gravity and Topography Author: Martin Pauer Department/Institute: Department of Geophysics MFF UK Supervisor of the doctoral thesis: Doc. RNDr. Ondřej Čadek, CSc., Department of Geophysics MFF UK Abstract: The aim of this work was to investigate various mechanisms compensating the observed planetary topography - crustal isostasy, elastic support and dynamic support caused by mantle flow. The investigated models were applied to three different planetary problems. Firstly we applied dynamic compensation model to explain today large-scale gravity and topography fields of Venus and investigate its mantle viscosity structure. The results seem to support not only models with constant viscosity structure but also a model with a stiff lithosphere and a gradual increase of viscosity toward a core. In the second paper several crust compensation models were employed to estimate the density of the Martian southern highlands crust. Since the used methods depends differently on crustal density changes, we were able to provide some constraints on the maximum density of the studied region. In the third application, the strength of a possible ocean floor gravity signal of Jupiter's moon Europa was studied. It turned out that if the long wavelength topography reaches height at...

Vliv cílené modifikace třecích povrchů na součinitel tření u nekonformních povrchů / Influence of the surface texturing of non-conformal surfaces at the friction coefficientPišťáček, Karel January 2010 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the influence of the surface texturing of non-conformal surfaces at the friction coefficient. In the work were made adjustment of experimental apparatus for measuring friction in the contact between ball and flat disk. Friction coefficient was calculated by the size of the torque on the ball, which was measured by the torque sensor. For recording and processing signal from the sensor was designed software that makes it possible to measure the coefficient of friction for selected conditions (loading of contact, speed of rubbing surfaces and rolling-sliding conditions). Experiments were carried out with smooth and textured ball, glass, and steel disc at different speeds and rolling-sliding conditions. To determine the effect of the influence of the surface texturing at the friction coefficient the size of the coefficient of friction of smooth and textured ball was compared. It was found that the microtexture of the friction coefficient has little effect.

Progresivní zařízení pro tvorbu mikrovtisků / Progressive Device for Micro-Dents GeneratingSedlačík, Jan January 2013 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with an engineering design, a realization and a calibration of a apparatus for surface texturing of test samples. Microdents are produced by a diamond tool pressing. Electromagnetic linear actuator is used for pressing. Translation and rotation of the sample are secured by a couple of stepping motors. Thanks to this the apparatus can produce texture with well defined and easily controlled geometry. The diploma thesis contains a summary of surface texturing methods, designs of constructional variations, a electronic device of the apparatus and the calibration are also included.

Obraz Svaté země v Adomnánově De locis sanctis / Picture of the Holy Land in Adomnán's De locis sanctisFalátková, Michaela January 2021 (has links)
The presented thesis deals with the work On the Holy Places (De locis sanctis) compiled by the monk and abbot Adomnán of Iona (624-704). Adomnán's work provides evidence of the unknown Gallic pilgrim Arculf about his journey to the Holy Land. Furthermore, Adomnán's text represents a complex historical source about the character of the early medieval pilgrimage during the second half of the 7th Century. Moreover, On the Holy Places offers extensive description and topography of the holy places associated with Jesus Christ's life, passion, and resurrection, hence oscillates between itinerary and hagiography. From the perspective of literary history, Adomnán's narrative has a deep-rooted background within the tradition, nevertheless, provides a significant number of innovations beyond the traditional views. The thesis contextualised Adomnán's text within the 7th-Century Iro-Scottish literary production, i.e. introduces Adomnán's new concept of pilgrimage narrative. Moreover, the text presents the first translation of On the Holy Places from Latin into Czech along with extensive commentary. The historical-critical method of Classic and Medieval studies, together with synchronous and diachronic analysis, was used. The detailed commentary contextualised Adomnán's work within the archaeological excavations...

Snížení tření a opotřebení strojních částí cílenou modifikací topografie třecích povrchů / Friction and Wear Reduction by Topography Modifications of Rubbing SurfacesŠamánek, Otakar January 2013 (has links)
This thesis describes a study of the influence of surface texturing on rolling contact fatigue of non-conformal contacts. The texture depth and density have been considered during experiments. It also presents the methodology and the procedure of creation of micro-dents on sample surfaces. Described results suggested that properly designed surface texturing should not necessarily increase the risk of fatigue failure of rubbing surfaces.
