RADNICE - VĚC VEŘEJNÁ, Správní centrum městské části Brno-sever / CITY HALL - RES PUBLICA, The administrative center of the district of Brno-sever

Szabóová, Veronika January 2015 (has links)
Abstract The new Town Hall of Brno-sever is located in today´s barracks in Černá Pole. It is situated on the very prominent corner of Provazníkova street and Gen. Píka avenue. In contrast to the residential structure, the Town Hall opens to the public and creates a new square lined with trees. The Town Hall consists of three objects: the building with offices and the building with halls are connected with a bridge. The third object is the observation tower.

Repurposing Huddinge Town Hall - Rethinking the function and reusing the concrete frame structure of a 1960s office building

Kåreceus, Elin January 2022 (has links)
During the autumn of last year, Huddinge municipality made the decision to build a new town hall and leave their current premises in a couple of years. The current town hall consists of three parts and together they add historical annual rings and high architectural quality to this area, which has been an administrative center in Huddinge since the 13th century. However, as of today the future of these buildings is uncertain and the office building may now face the risk of demolition. This diploma project is therefore investigating how the office building can be repurposed to prolong its life and prevent 7500 tons of load-bearing concrete to go to waste. The new program is housing and 40 new apartments have been created. The existing courtyards have been opened up and the removed concrete, bricks, and windows are reused to add a new floor. In the new proposal, 84% of the load-bearing structure is original, 9% is reused and 7% is new. There is a large variety of apartments, ranging from 28 m2 to 129 m2 to enable diversity

Vinkeln - Stadsdelshus i Tensta Spånga

Radakovits, Minna January 2020 (has links)
A city hall exploring the geometry of parallellograms, the use of terraces and a central roof light system with a void throughout the building. The geometry chosen for the building, which is what has been a driving factor for the project’s progress throughout, is mainly meant to break from the rigid, often cube-like, structures in the surrounding area, but in a subtle way, so as to make a slight “offset” from the surrounding buildings. This is combined with brick, which matches the colour scheme of the nearby infrastructure, but has a more permanent and classic look. The buildings central transportation system is a stairwell that wraps around a gallery-void throughout the building. This not only brings light down to the depths of the bottom floor, but also guides the user throughout the space and creates a new spatial design. A café attached to one of the many terraces brings more people, even those with no official business in the building, into it and lets people sit and relax in the sun with a cup of coffee. On the bottom floor, an exhibition hall by the secondary entrances mirrors the art hall in the building on the opposite side of the square. The square sports an “avenue” of market stalls, where local residents can sell their artwork, and feel included in the art scene of the area.

Tensta Kommunhus

Laaksonen, Ida January 2020 (has links)
In this City Hall I wanted to explore the public place. In Tensta, like other suburbs, there is often a shortage of gathering spaces. I wanted to solve this by turning my City Hall into a public space. The Tensta site is characterized by a 4-meter height difference between Tenstagången and Taxingegränd. Tenstagången is 4-meter above Taxingegränd and is a road that serves as a passage to the small city center. Taxingegränd is the space 4-meter below, where Tensta Konsthall is located along with a small square and parking lot. I choose to work with this height difference and incorporate it into the design. By creating a new space on top of my building I could increase the public space. The roof is used as a public square, which also works as a connection between Tenstagången and Taxingegränd. The roof of the building has an organic shape reminiscent of a landscape. On the lower level there is a large entrance hall with a high ceiling. This entrance hall should serve as a public indoor place where you can sit and socialize, study or eat food. There is also a reception with waiting room and visiting room for the grant applicants. The staff offices are in a cube-shaped building and is raised with pillars. The offices are simple in their design. This slightly mundane office landscape is contrasted by a large and bright retreat zone.

Kamenická výzdoba Staroměstského orloje v kontextu českého pozdně gotického umění a její ikonografický rozbor / Stonemason´s decoration of the Prague Old Town´s astronomical clock in the context of the Czech Late Gothic art and it´s iconographic analysis

SOUŠKOVÁ, Martina January 2018 (has links)
The main goal of the thesis is a thorough description of the outer stone sculptural decoration of the Old Town Hall (taking into consideration the Hall's entrance portal and moulding of the window with Vladislav's initial), its iconographic analysis and creating the photo documentary. In addition the thesis documents the possible style paralels of this decoration in Czech and European art of the Late Gothic period in witch case it focuses on naturalistic element. This very study of possible style paralels becomes the foundation for the attepmt to narrowing down the radius of potantial authors of this creation and it helps to uncover its symbolic meaning.

Jaroslavice – sídlo v krajině / Jaroslavice – place in the landscape

Májek, Jan Unknown Date (has links)
The work is aimed at the center of the village, which is a square that, in size comparable to that of the Square of Freedom in Brno, is an exhibition of problems: considerable deterioration of the building fund, underground use of the public space, which is moreover unreadable and unreachable. The proposed solution divides the area of the square into three smaller public spaces that have a different character and function. Mariánské námětí is the torso of the existing one, which has been earmarked for the building of a new municipal office and library, is characterized by town houses and the location of services and public amenities. The second area is a semi-detached cottage. It is dominated by walnuts and water. The proposed buildings are oriented towards the library and the wine house. The third such defined area is the Wine Market, which is the crossroads, the scattered area of the surrounding houses, like a school, shops, or wine house. A large part of the COOP building has a sports complex with a halo and a swimming pool. There are solved especially the buildings of the town hall with a library and a wine house.

Radnice Brno – Sever / New town hall for the district Brno-North

Kaděra, Petr January 2015 (has links)
This Master's thesis project decribes the new town hall for the district of Brno-north. The proposal is based on an idea of an intersection of two elementary solids. The room layout is similar to the concept and is divided into a part for state administration and a part for self-government. The building also consists of a conference hall and a cafe in which the cultural events can take place. The architecture solution is barrierless with regard to the principles of sustainable development.

RADNICE - VĚC VEŘEJNÁ, Správní centrum městské části Brno-sever / CITY HALL - RES PUBLICA, The administrative center of the district of Brno-sever

Šírková, Kateřina January 2015 (has links)
The New Town Hall for Brno Sever is located in a dominant position at the centre of a new residential development at the site of the former barracks. The design seeks to fulfill the principles of a citizen-friendly city hall and Vitruvius perfect scale of construction, durability, utility and beauty. A design is clear, beauty can be an application of timeless solution based on the purpose and simplicity of forms. Permanence means a building capability to respond flexibly to changes in the territory, legislation and society. From the square a visitor passes through a wide portal into the inner public space in to which galleries and offices are open. The most frequently used functions are concentrated in the inner parterre. The building includes all workplaces required by a construction workplan and also a ceremonial hall, restaurant, exhibition space in the atrium and a so- called company nursery for employees' children, where it is possible a short-term babysitting for children of the town hall visitors.

GRH et TIC : un processus de "modernisation" de la gestion des ressources humaines à la mairie de Paris : impacts des technologies de l'information et de la communication / HRM & TIC : a process of "modernization" of the human resources management to the town hall of Paris : impacts of information technologies and communication

Diallo, Abdallah Thierno 17 December 2012 (has links)
The object of this research is to observe the impact of the information technology on the HRM. After a review of the academic literature, we present the results of an empirical research conducted at the city council of Paris. The view is to describe the “modernisation” of the HRM practices and to analyse the induced changes.Through this case study we plan to clarify the broad outline of the process of appropriation of the new technological tools, in particular Chronogestor (time’s management) and the HR Access (working time for administrative management and pays, the management of the careers). What will enable us, in fine, to arise the role and the place of the FRH to the Town hall of Paris. For that, we will present the project RH 21 initially, then the management tools of the working time and their organizational and managerial impact.
