El objetivo de la investigación fue describir la afectividad en la vida de diez adultos trans peruanos y peruanas, cuyas edades oscilaban entre los 25 y 36 años, pertenecientes a diferentes colectivos trans del Perú. Para tal fin, se desarrolló un estudio cualitativo y se optó por el enfoque biográfico, empleándose como técnica de recolección de datos la entrevista semi estructurada. El estudio tomó en consideración tres grandes temas de análisis: La afectividad en la infancia, La afectividad en la adolescencia y La afectividad en la adultez. Los principales resultados evidencian que durante las etapas de niñez y adolescencia predominaron los afectos displacenteros, debido al estigma social y cultural en el que se desarrollaron estas personas. Mientras que, en la adultez los afectos placenteros fueron predominantes al estar ligados a la aceptación y expresión de su identidad. En conclusión, los participantes experimentaron varias situaciones adversas en torno a sus identidades, que los han llevado a enfrentar los afectos negativos en búsqueda de una vida más funcional. / The present study aimed to explore and to describe the affectivity in the life of ten peruvian trans adults, between women and men that are part of different trans groups in Peru and whose ages ranged between 26 and 37 years old, For this purpose, a qualitative study was developed and the biographical approach was chosen, using the semi-structured interview as the data collection technique. The study took into consideration three main themes of analysis: affectivity in the childhood, affectivity in adolescence, and in adulthood. The main results show that negative affects predominated during the childhood and adolescence stages, due to the social and cultural stigma in which these people developed. Whereas, in adulthood the pleasant affections were predominant as they were linked to the acceptance and expression of their identity. In conclusion, the participants experienced various adverse situations around their identities, which have led them to face negative affects in search of a more functional life. / Tesis
