Cyklizační reakce 1,5-enynů katalyzované komplexy zlata / Gold-Catalyzed Cyclizations of 1,5-Enynes

Matouš, Petr January 2020 (has links)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department Department of Organic and Bioorganic Chemistry Candidate Mgr. Petr Matouš Supervisor prof. RNDr. Milan Pour, Ph.D. Titel of Doctoral Thesis Gold-Catalyzed Cyclizations of 1,5-Enynes This Ph.D. thesis deals with the development of gold(I)-catalyzed cyclizations of propargylamino acrylates (3-aza-1,5-enynes) in the presence of an external nucleophile. A library of tetrahydropyridines with an unusual hemiaminal ether functional group was thus prepared via the cyclization of a series of substituted enynes. The influence of the protective group as well as the substitution on the chemoselectivity of the reaction was demonstrated. The tetrahydropyridines were further utilized as precursors for the preparation of pharmaceutically important nitrogen heterocycles. The reduction of selected compounds furnished substituted piperidines, while Diels-Alder cycloaddition of alkenylated tetrahydropyridines gave rise to isoquinoline derivatives. Additional ortho-fused heterocycles (furopyridine, pyrrolopyridine and chromenopyridine) were prepared by the intramolecular version of the cyclizations of enynes with pending internal nucleophiles.

It shows possibilities of social and labor integration with attentions to specific risks in life of person with physical handicape, especially unemployment. Fundamental part of this work describes transition programme, its principles and intentions and introduces realization of concrete example. Intention of this work is to find fields of frustration and find out whether transition programmes are focused on these fields to make their clients satisfied. That's why the exploration with the questionnaire was done. Its results show that the unemployment makes answerers unsatisfied the most. Because transition programmes are focused on searching for suitable jobs for their client, they should be support in it. But results show low education of answerers as well, but not dissatisfaction with this fact. To fortify chances to get suitable job clients should be more motivated to get higher...

Selektivita pro ionty kovů z pohledu kvantové chemie / Metal-Ion Selectivity from Quantum-Chemical Perspective

Gutten, Ondrej January 2018 (has links)
Metal ions are a tempting tool for organisms thanks to the diversity of func- tions they have to offer, if they can be distinguished properly. Examining metal-ion selectivity computationally is challenging mainly due to complex- ity of electronic structure and solvation effects. A DFT-based protocol for predicting metal-ion selectivity of metal-binding systems was developed. The most essential part of the thesis is discussion of the magnitudes and sources of inherent errors, both for metal-ion complexes and small peptides. The thesis connects the work of four original papers. It includes computational and ex- perimental benchmarks, a case-study validating the computational protocol for obtaining energetic and structural insights, and attempts applying the protocol to peptidic systems. ii

Herman, Zdeněk January 2011 (has links)
PEDAGOGICKÁ FAKULTA UNIVERZITY KARLOVY Abstrakt k diplomové práci v anglickém jazyce Vzdělávání a příprava k povolání u lidí s mentálním postižením na Teplicku 30.6.2011 Autor : Zdeněk HERMAN Studijní program: Speciální pedagogika - obor vedoucí práce: doc. PhDr. Jan Šiška PhD. Abstrakt Despite all the problems in the Ranks of the cultural environment and the composition of the people after the unemployment I was led to believe it is not always the main factor in recruitment. Or maybe education is not the main determinant, though primarily affiliated, but the nature of personality, diligence and hard work are determinants, which are the quintessence of the employer's requirements. Sometimes such values in the family of people with mental disabilities are more problematic to implement, then the values would lead the school. The success of the equipment of the positive values depends on the quality of the school and its leadership. I knew that in Teplice there are that at least two schools are for high quality and fully prepare people with mental disabilities in practical life. However care for people with mental disability is complete, isn`t complete fully. There is not Transit program here, which is cooperation with Supported employment functioning in region. the largest work can be motivation of pupils...

Tranzitní program / Transition programme

FLEISCHHANSOVÁ, Pavla January 2011 (has links)
The author focused her thesis on the transition from school to work in people with mental disabilities. The Current Status section provides the basic terminology definition of mental disability. The Quantitative Evaluation section captures the division and characteristics of individual degrees of mental disability. These are followed by a description of individual signs and causes of mental disability. To achieve a theoretical balance of the thesis, abilities of people with mental disabilities are assessed also in terms of a qualitative personality structure. The thesis describes specific characteristics of mental functions: perception, memory, thinking, attention, emotivity, and volitive traits. The thesis mentions documents affecting the rights of people with mental disabilities and it emphasises the right to education and employment. Opportunities for upbringing and education of persons with mental disabilities are monitored by their age and within the Czech educational system. Job opportunities for young people with mental disabilities are governed by the Employment Act and specific social programs also have their impacts; they are, for example, supported employment and transition programme, which provide support to people with mental disabilities in fulfilling their right to employment and integration into the mainstream society. The objective of the thesis is to describe the method of the transition programme and the definition of the supporting factors affecting the degree of inclusion in the occupational environment. To answer the set research questions, the author chose a qualitative research. The qualitative research is conducted through a case study. The author chose the following methods of data collection: participant observation, document analysis, and problem-focused interview, using instructions, with the parents of young mentally disabled people who have used or still use the transition programme service. The course of the programme and the fulfilment of the set objectives are influenced by the user?s personality, his or her natural social environment, schools and teachers, employers and workplace environment, and the consultant?s personality and the quality of their work with the user. The author perceives the transition programme as a specific programme, defined by legislation, of social rehabilitation service, which has its established place in an open civil society.
