This thesis is divided into two main parts-theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I occupy myself with the essence of the financial analysis, methods of the financial analysis, bankruptcy models, models of financial standing and methods of intercompany comparison. The practical part is concentrated on the processing of the financial analysis of dm-drogerie markt, s. r. o. in the years 2008-2010 and on the comparison with competitors in the same branch-ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. and SCHLECKER, a. s. in the same period. For the comparison I used ratio indicators, bankruptcy models (Altman Z-score, IN95), financial standing models (Kralicek Quick Test, Aspect Global Rating)), method of sequence, spider analysis. At the conclusion I evaluate all three companies with respect to their financial situation and with respect to their position on the drugstore market.

1990 - 2008 Fertility factors in the disctrict of Most in 2000-2010 period Abstract The objective of this study was to find causes of regional fertility differences and context with social and economic indicators. Then to find situation of district of Most in regional comparison and social and economic causes of fertility developement in this district in 2000-2010 period. In first descriptive part there was made the comparative analysis of age structure and fertility indicators in Czech republic, Ústí region and district of Most. The result is different values of the fertility indicators (intensity and timing) and also younger age structure. In the second part were found social and economic factors of regional fertility differences and factors in district of Most with multivariate statistical methods. The cluster analysis confirmed the differences of district of Most and border of North Bohemia too. For use factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis the conclusion was the important factor of regional differences is especially education, but also availability and quality of housing, economic level. Subject: The knowledge of the sport performance structure with individual identification of the sport training model is a prerequisite for the effective management of sport training. Achieving the sports top limit performance in sport is possible by adapting the training plan to the athlete's individuality by his physiological and psychological prerequisites. To achieve the highest sports performance, sports training analysis is an indispensable tool for international competitiveness. This case study deals with the description of sports training models identified by the composition and dynamics of the training load predictors. A retrospective longitudinal study provides with insights into the possibilities of influencing sports training, which made national, Czech, records on the course of 800 m men and 3,000 m of women's steeplechase. Probandé (n=2) at the age of 21 (runner 1) and 28 resp. 29 years old (runner 2) reached limiting sports performances. The track record dates originates from 1995 to 2012. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the economy of Předín municipality in years 2006 ? 2010. In the work there are described important changes in accounting and taxes systems, which were introduced by the public finances reform. The accounting of the municipality is also presented by practical examples. Information for treatment of the thesis are derived from accounting statements: balance sheet, profit and lost statement and Fin statement, which were provided by Municipal office Předín. The analyse is separated into several chapters. At first it deals with admitted and provided subsidies, which are the main part of the municipal financial management. The subsidies are granted from state budget as well as from European Union structural funds. Second part analyzes income and expenses in individual years. The influence of income and expenses is expressed by horizontal and vertical analysis. The last chapter focused on indicators of financial analysis, especially debt indicators, which are important for evaluation of minicipality financial health nad controled by Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.

The main goal of this diploma thesis is analysed of the process management and its principles in the selected company. The theoretical part is divided into few chapters where basic parts like the process, process management, monitoring, busines process improvement and others are described. The practical part includes study of process control implementation in particular company. During the analysis process management are applied analysis, observations and interviews with employees and with leadership.

By purchasing malting barley the quality is evaluated according to standards, techniques, laboratory methods and qualitative indicators, which are set by norm. Evaluation of quality of barleycorn as a material for producing malt is used for setting the price, observing changes of the quality during storing etc. There were evaluated qualitative indicators of 13 sorts of malting barley, which were bought by company ZZN Pelhřimov between 2010-2014 from farmers, agricaltural cooperatives and companies and also self-employed farmers from the region Vysočina. These sorts were represented by different number of samples in connection with bought-up amount and number of supplies of each sort. Weighted averages were counted from results. Average figures of results of analysis were compared with the national average. Research institute of brewer´s and orchardist a.s. in Brno deals with monitoring of quality of malting barley in the Czech Republic and it evaluates annually ca. 500 harvest samples which were received by producers from all regions in the Czech Republic. The quality of malting barley showed a big variability in all parameters across all types and also in particular years. Malting quality is influenced by many factors especially by course of weather in each particular year. Limiting parameter of quality by purchasing malting barley was N- substances content in barleycorn. Germination capacity seems to be the most stable from all parameters. Lower figures of germination capacity were found only by winter types in connection with longer period of ripening after harvest.

This diploma work deals with durability of projects co-financed by the European Union. The term is explained and used in real project. First part is about the problem of regional politics of Czech Republic and shared regional politics of EU and ways of supports in which contains many different structural funds. The main goal of this part is focused on Regional operational program NUTS II Jihozápad, a grant applications from this program, requisites and feedback control, which is connected with durability. The second part is about real project named Reconstruction local communications Dražice. There is this conclusion: structural fund achieved the goal such is realisation of project which could not be proceed without this help. The insufficient of resources was the main reason for application. There are also many benefits arise from the project.

The dissertation work concentrates on an intercompany comparison of Czech Post Office with other companies whose subject of activity are similar and to find out its standing ratio within the evaluation standard of the companies and the best industry values. The theoretical part concentrates on the ways and methods of comparison including the evaluation within its industry, logistics and storage. In the practical part, the analysis of 15 companies is presented based on ratio indicators from 2010 to 2014. Using a cluster analysis tool, the whole file was reduced and then one with the best values was chosen by using a math-statistical method. The last but not least important step was using the Spider analysis to compare the best company, with good average within the industry branch, with the specified company, and on those basics, certain measures were suggested towards the improvement of the company's situation.

The objective of this diploma thesis is to compare the level of goat breeding production indicators, recorded in the South Bohemian Region in years 2008 - 2010. The analysis includes comparison between the individual breeders, yearly comparison and comparisons between different breeds and herd sizes. The analyzed production indicators include the amount of produced milk, percentage of fat and percentage of protein. For 2008, 12 breeders with herds ranging from 1 to 34 goats have been analyzed. In 2008, 13 Anglo Nubian goats, 57 White Shorthaired goats and 26 Brown Short Hair goats have been registered in the South Bohemian Region's stock book. For 2009, 12 breeders with herds ranging from 1 to 37 goats have been analyzed. In 2009, 14 Anglo Nubian goats, 64 White Shorthaired goats and 29 Brown Short Hair goats have been registered in the South Bohemian Region's stock book. For 2010, 15 breeders with herds ranging from 1 to 46 goats have been analyzed. In 2009, 10 Anglo Nubian goats, 73 White Shorthaired goats and 42 Brown Short Hair goats have been registered in the South Bohemian Region's stock book. According to the statistical data, the highest average volume of milk (833 litres) has been produced in 2010. The highest average volume of milk has been produced by middle-sized herds (1021 litres) and by the Brown Short Hair breed (960 litres). The highest content of fat in milk has been recorded in 2009 (4.07 %). The highest average content of fat in milk has been recorded within the Anglo Nubian breed (4.32 %). The comparison of the content of fat in milk between various herd sizes is not statistically conclusive (p > 0.05). The average highest content of protein in milk has been recorded within the Anglo Nubian breed (3.74 %). The comparison of the content of protein in milk between various years and herd sizes is not statistically conclusive (p > 0.05).

The aim of this thesis is assessment and presumptions of inter-company comparisons and finds suitable methods for inter-company comparisons. The theoretical part is focused on the ways and appropriate methods for inter-company comparisons, pointer system and their use for inter-company comparisons is used in this part. The one-dimensional and selected multidimensional methods are applied in this work. These methods find position of company in a file of competitive companies. Good characteristics are prerequisite for selection of indicators. Ratio indicators, bankruptcy and solvent models evaluate rate efficiency of the company in period 2008 - 2010. The conclusion of this thesis identifies weaknesses in economy and proposes measures for increase of company´s efficiency.
