Testování produkční účinnosti vybraných komerčních krmiv pro tržního keříčkovce červenolemého (Clarias gariepinus) / The efficiency testing of production commercial feeds for african catfish (Clarias gariepinus)

PETR, Miloš January 2012 (has links)
In my diploma thesis I was tested six types of feed. I tested in 3 repetitions in the recirculating system with biological treatment of water. Tested fishes african catfish (Clarias gariepinus) weighted between 200 ? 800 g per piece, were deployed into 18 aquariums with volume of 190 litres per aquarium. The whole experiment took place in five partial 3-week periods in the intensive breeding of the laboratory - controlled reproduction of fishes FROV JCU. The average water temperature during the experiment was 27 °C. The main objective of the thesis was to observe production efficiency of tested types of feed, speed of the growth of fishes, feed rates and financial costs. Afterwards, determinativ of yield and organoleptic evaluation was determined, followed by laboratory examination of composition of meat. The results of production indicators (Specific Growth Rate, Relative Growth Rate, Food Conversation Ratio) were most favorable for 3 types of feed ? Haltáp (SGR=0,81 %; RGR=126 %; FCR=1,45), Coppens TROCO SUPREME-22 (SGR=0,73 %; RGR=105 %; FCR=1,19), Coppens TROCO PRIME-18 (SGR=0,68 %; RGR=97 %; FCR=1,26). The lowest costs for 1 kg of fish increment were achieved for these specific types of feed Haltáp and Aller Aqua Focus (45 Kč a 46 Kč). In the organoleptic analysis was found positive evaluation of meat of all tested fishes. Chemical composition of meat was (in term of proteins and fats content) most favorably documented for the hungarian feed called Haltáp (proteins=19,22 % and fats=4,85 %).

Porovnání biometrických a výtěžnostních ukazatelů kříženců kapra obecného s využitím dvou různých linií Amurského lysce / Comparison of biometrical and slaughtering indicators of crossbreeds of common carp with using two different breeds of Amur mirror carp

PRCHAL, Martin January 2013 (has links)
The objective of this thesis was to compare biometrical and slaughtering indicators of common carp crossbreeds using two different breeds of Amur mirror carp in performance testing. We applied top-crossing for the test establishment, using the Hungarian mirror carp (M2) on the maternal position. Males of Hungarian mirror carp (for the production of purebreed), Northern mirror carp (M72) and two breeds of Amur mirror carp (ALP ? bred in Pohořelice, ALV ? bred in Vodňany) were crossed on this breed and hybrids of scaly phenotype between Ropsha (ROP) and Tata carp (TAT) were used as a control group. The performance testing started in ponds (in the total of five localities) in the semi ? intensive way of management by releasing yolk sac fry (K0) and its subsequent rearing to the market size (K3). The performance test was completed in ponds after the third year of testing and the tested groups of fish were evaluated for biometrical and slaughtering indicators. In the overall evaluation of the edible parts of the body (processed body and fillets) by the ANCOVA method was not found a statistical difference among the mirror tested groups of fish. The only exception was the proportion of fillets without skin, which was significantly higher in the hybrid M2 x ALP than in breed M2, therefore I would not recommend this breed (M2) to commercial breeding. When comparing my results with other publications, the hybrid M2 x M72 could be used for commercial breeding together with the two hybrids of Amur mirror carp, who not only achieve high yield of edible parts of the body, but also the earlier tests confirmed higher growth, better survival and resistance to the KHV virus.

Problematika kvality pitné vody v nemocnici Prachatice / The quality of drinking water in the Hospital Prachatice.

ROSOVÁ, Monika January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the drinking water quality in the Prachatice Hospital. In every healthcare facility, it is essential to maintain and monitor the quality of drinking water. The diploma thesis has the following objectives: Evaluation of the quality and quantity of drinking water and hot water at the Prachatice Hospital in certain time periods, comparison between another hospital in the South Bohemian region with the occurrence of Legionell in the given period, the possibility of solving crisis situations in accidents in the healthcare facility and possibilities of rainwater use in the Prachatice Hospital. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis describes basic concepts related to the quality of drinking water, indicators of drinking water and a section is devoted to a water accident in the Prachatice Hospital in the autumn of 2015. The practical part was processed by the method of secondary analysis of data. The necessary data for the analysis was obtained directly at the Prachatice Hospital and at the Regional Hygiene Office in České Budějovice. For the analysis, data from January 2011 to January 2017 was used and processed in Microsoft Excel into tables and charts. The results show the overall drinking water supply situation in the Prachatice Hospital. The work could draw attention to the problems and issues associated with emergency situations, for example. Hospital management and professionals in drinking water technology department can get a comprehensive overview of the hospital's drinking water supply from its own well, public well and the public water supply.

Nákladovost podniku v souvislosti s podnikovou výkonností / Total cost ratio of company in relation to corporate efficiency

KUBÍK, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the total cost ratio in relation to corporate efficiency. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic terms of cost, financial and managerial concept of costs and different approaches to classification of costs. In this part the principle of corporate efficiency is explained and the difference methods of measuring of efficiency are mentioned. The practical part of this thesis is oriented primarily to describing development of costs in company and determination of most important cost items. This part also focuses on the calculation of profitability indicators and pyramidal decomposition of ROE. After this, the influence of sub-indicators to top-indicator was evaluated by using the gradual change method. The ROE was changed between years 2015 and 2016 by -0,1050 CZK. By using the gradual change method, it was determined, that this change was mostly caused by total cost ratio of production con-sumption, because it is the most important cost item in company. The influence of production consump-tion was -0,1078 CZK. Therefore, if the company plans to improve its efficiency and increase profits, the total cost ratio of the production consumption must be better manage.

Monitoring a regulace parazitického roztoče Varroa destructor v chovech včely medonosné (Apis mellifera

KLEČKOVÁ, Romana January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to monitor the Varroa destructor parasitic mite in correlation with the microclimatic conditions of the Carniolan honey bee (Apis mellifera carnica). The rate of infestation of selected bee colonies at different locations was assessed in three-day intervals. At the same time, the microclimate in the hives was observed. The monitoring took place from April to mid-October. Also, the effect of the microclimate on the mite fall count was evaluated. During the whole evaluation, the highest average daily fall count was 2.08 mites per day at honeybee colonies at location 1 and 2; 1.97 at location 3. There was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05) between those locations. The comparison of fall count between the moths of observation revealed, that highest fall count was during September (3.03 mites per day) and the lowest fall count was in April (0.41 mites per day; P 0.001). The rates of dependence (assessed by correlation analysis) between the fall count and microclimatic conditions in individual colonies varied. The strongest correlation between hive temperature and fall count (r = -0.45, P 0.05) was found at location 2. A low correlation was found at location 1 (r = -0.17, P 0.05). On the other hand, location 3 showed an insignificant and inconclusive correlation between hive temperature and fall count (r = 0.003, P > 0.05). The aggregate data (without distinction of location or month) showed significant (P 0.05) correlation between fall count and hive temperature (r = -0.14). The correlation between relative air humidity in hive and the fall count was statistically insignificant and low (r = -0.02, P > 0.05). The results revealed that the degree of correlation between the hive microclimate and the development (fall count respectively) of the Varroa destructor population is different for each colony. The monitoring of the dead Varroa destructor females is an appropriate complementary tool to diagnose a colony's infestation. The statistical analysis confirmed that with the decreasing summer and end-of-summer temperatures the Varroa destructor population grows and it is necessary to take measures to suppress its growth due to the development of the honey bee long-term winter generation.
