The reproductive efficiency in the grandparent stock and the parent stock of geese was monitored in the thesis. In terms of the grandparent stock, there were found out better values in year 2012 than in year 2013. In 2012, there was a better egg fertilization of 4.61 % (the average was 49.65 %) and hatchability of the put eggs better of 3.83 % (the average was 39.01 %). The hatchability of the fertilized eggs was almost the same in both years. It has the same value of 78.63 %. Best results were proved in strains 1, 3 and 4. Worst values were proved in the strain number 41. The chosen indicators of geese of four ponds were monitored in the parent stock. The average fertilization of eggs was 58.26%; significantly higher value was proved in case of the Jakulský pond (72.34%). The average hatchability of the put eggs reached 46.46%; the highest value was also proved on the Jakulský pond (56.22%). The other ponds have balanced results. The hatchability of the fertilized eggs reached the average value of 79.10%, the highest value was proved on the Lomský pond (84.45%); the second place is represented by the Velebil pond (79.42%). The geese bred on the Lomský pond had eggs with the lowest fertilization, but with the highest percent of hatchability of the fertilized eggs. In case of geese bred on the Velebil pond, there was an increase of the monitored indicators in year 2013 than in 2012. In contrast, the Byňovský pond, the Jakulský pond and the Lomský pond showed an increase of the monitored indicators in 2012. There was a smaller difference of egg fertilization in geese of the Jakulský and the Lomský pond. There was a smaller difference of hatchability indicators of either put or fertilized eggs in geese bred on the Byňovský and the Jakulský pond.

Cílem práce je za využítí metod finanční analýzy stanovit finanční situaci podniku Metrostav. V práci bude použita metoda absolutních a rozdílových ukazatelů, poměrových ukazatelů, bankrotních modelů. Bude vypočten ukazatel EVA a provedeno odvětvové srovnání.

Tématem práce je finanční analýza společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. Cílem této práce je podat celistvý obraz o finanční situaci podniku v letech 2001 - 2006 na základě analýzy veřejně dostupných účetních výkazů. Součástí práce je i tržní analýza pivovarnictví a mezipodnikové srovnání s největším tuzemským konkurentem - společnosti Pivovary Staropramen, a.s.

Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o významnosti a uživatelích finanční analýzy, zdrojích dat potřebných pro její samotnou tvorbu a nastiňuje problém při interpretaci výsledných dat účetních výkazů. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány metody, které se používají při tvorbě finanční analýzy, jedná se o metody rozboru absolutních, poměrových, rozdílových ukazatelů a rozbor bonitních a bankrotních modelů. V praktické části je popsán vznik, historie a činnost společnosti a dále na základě metod uvedených v teoretické části je vyhodnocen vývoj výsledných hodnot v porovnání s vývojem odvětvových průměrů.

Diplomová práce hodnotí finanční situaci vznikající společnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní účetní výkazy společnosti (rozvaha, výkaz zisků a ztrát a výkaz cash flow) a postup finanční analýzy. Praktická část se věnuje prvním třem rokům existence společnosti. Je zde uvedena volba právní formy podnikání a analýza nákladů a výnosů. Na základě poměrových ukazatelů likvidity, aktivity, zadluženosti a výnosnosti vypočítaných z údajů získaných z účetních výkazů je zde analyzována finanční situace a vývoj společnosti.

The Master’s thesis is focused on assessment of financial situation of company Prostějovská stavební společnost - PROSTAS, s.r.o. since year 2003 till 2006. The assessment is carried out in form of financial analysis on base of theoretical knowledge and consequentially applied on company. From established results I am suggesting recommendations which should lead to improvement of company’s economical situation.

The aim of the master’s thesis is to perform financial analysis of Agrovýkup stock company and a proposal to improve the financial health of the company. In the theoretical chapter, the terms of the selected methodological procedure to assess of the financial situation of the company are defined. There is also the practical assessment of the financial health of the company Agrovýkup based on information available from public and private sources.

Práce se zabývá popisem teoreticko-metodologického základu finanční analýzy, který je posléze využit při rozboru finančního zdraví analyzovaného podniku. Práce analyzuje hospodaření společnosti Stock Plzeň, a. s. v letech 2000 až 2005. Postupuje od horizontální a vertikální analýzy účetních výkazů přes analýzu poměrových ukazatelů po analýzu systémů včasného varování. Finanční analýza je dále doplněna o analýzu ukazatele EVA, ČPK, ekonomické normály a jiné.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the performance and competitiveness of selected commercial insurance companies dealing with life insurance and non-life insurance in the Czech insurance market. The literature search summarizes basic knowledge on the subject and presents classical tools of financial analysis and tools applicable primarily to the insurance sector. Part of the literature search is a chapter devoted to the indicators evaluating the insurance market level. In the introduction of the empirical part is outlined the development of the insurance market and the development of insurance market level indicators in the Czech Republic between 2007 and 2012. Subsequently is performed a financial performance analysis of insurance companies during the reporting period using the methods selected on the basis of a literature search. Monitored are the performance and ratio indicators. In case of financial analysis of life insurance company is performed a spider analysis and a calculation of its embedded value. The results are interpreted and compared with the results of competing insurance companies and with results in the insurance sector. The thesis concludes with recommendations designed to improve the competitiveness of the analyzed insurance companies.
