The goal of this paper is to evaluate economic efficiency of a development project, including sensitivity and probability analysis of selected residential development project. In theoretical part, the term "development project" is explained and project lifecycle is described. In this part there is also mentioned, how cash flow is determined, how cash flow report is created, and how economic efficiency indicators are calculated. It also describes specific risks of a development project. In the end of theoretical part, possible risk identification and evaluation methods are described. Practical part is focused on an actual development project. It evaluates the project using economic efficiency indicators, sensitivity analysis and probability analysis.

The thesis contains an evaluation of the economic situation of a building company using a financial analysis and establishes a financial plan for the following year. The theoretical part defines terms such as building company, asset structure and accounting statements used. The following part discusses the financial planning and various methods of financial analysis including its characteristics. The case study describes the economic situation of the building company in the period in question expressed by way of selected financial analysis methods. The aim of the thesis is to assess the company development within the specified six years and to prepare a financial plan for the following year.

This master thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial performance of the company. The financial performance will be measured by the method called benchmarking. The chosen company is Tente s.r.o., which will be compared with the appropriate competitors based on the chosen method. According to the results of the analysis, will also suggest effective measures to increase the current financial performance.

Based on the analyzes, measures are proposed to improve the financial situation of the company.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the performance of RAPOS Ltd. Selected indicators are analyzed using statistical methods, which are used to predict future development of the indicator. The analysis is followed by a strategic analysis. On the end of the thesis, there are suggestions for improvement.

Master´s thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial situation in Adélka, a.s. in years 2004 – 2009, using the specific indicators of financial analysis. Thesis includes proposals to improvement the situation in the firm, proposals are based on analysis of the initial situation and financial analysis.

This diploma thesis is focused on analysis of financial situacion in the copany MOTIP DUPLI s.r.o. in years 2004-2007. By virtue of the methods of financial analysis, problems are recognized and measures to remedy the situation are suggested.

This document deals with process approach and it´s use in measuring companies performance. It presents an overview of individual approaches, from traditional containing only financial indicators to modern ones using non-financial indicators and incorporating into the measurement the areas related to customers employees and more. The work also mentions the Quality Management System contained in ISO 9001: 2015 and it´s approach to performance measurement. The chapter about metrics covers performance measures, in particular key performance indicators, their purpose, properties and distribution. Here are also presented the procedures for their determination and the pitfalls to be taken into consideration in their selection and use. Next chapters are devoted to the compilation of a metric system of specific companies.

This diploma thesis on the topic "Use of financial analysis as an instrument of investment decision-making" processes the financial evaluation of the economy and the effectiveness of selected investment decisions in the past years using methods of financial analysis. For this purpose, I chose the monitored period from 2012 to 2018. In the first part of the thesis, attention is paid to the evaluation of performance and financial sustainability in terms of implemented and planned investments of the theoretical base. The methods and analyzes used also include the methodology of their calculation. The second part deals with the individual indicators applied to Škoda Auto a.s., based in Mladá Boleslav a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. In addition, this section addresses the approach and decision making of the management of the company on investment projects that have already been planned or are planned in the near future, and recommendations are proposed for improving.
