Analysis of the Commitment to Development Index Miroslav Syrovátka ABSTRACT The Commitment to Development Index aims to measure the effects of wide range of rich countries' policies that support or limit development prospects of poor countries. These policies are grouped into seven components of the index. The thesis analyzes and assesses the methodology of the index construction with the main focus on its environmental component. It is argued that although the environmental component is a legitimate part of the concept behind the index, the difficulties of its implementation limit its information value. This is due to the specific shortcomings of component indicators and the necessity to combine environmental policy indicators with indicators of exploitation of global environmental resources. The scores of Visegrad countries and correlation analysis show the specificity of the environmental component within the whole index and indirectly support the conclusions about its reduced information value. The thesis discusses the options for modification, both at the level of composite index construction and presentation, and at the level of individual indicators of the environmental component.

The main aim of this task deals with analysis of the possibility of valuing building budgets in the building information model (BIM). The work is divided into two parts. The first, research part, presents the necessary definitions and concepts, such as definitions of BIM, LOD, CDE, which are needed for working with (BIM) software. The second, practical part, analyses possible ways to determine building budgets using the building information model on one building, which was modeled in the student version of Graphisoft ArchiCAD 24.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a development project. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts in the field of development activities, defines the phases of the project life cycle and the feasibility study. It describes the creation of cash flows, indicators of economic efficiency and possible ways of financing development projects. Furthermore, an analysis of the current economic situation and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on development companies is performed in this section. The practical part is devoted to the development project, especially the creation of cash flows and the resulting evaluation of the economic efficiency of the project. This is the construction of three apartment buildings in Pardubice.

The subject of the thesis is the financial and economic analysis of the investment project. In the theoretical part, I focus on the life cycle of a project, feasibility study, project financing and economic analysis of private investment projects, as well as methods applicable for evaluation of economic efficiency. The benefits of the practical part will specifically identify funding options for the draft in question, to assess the economic efficiency and to offer specific investment recommendation.

Main goal of this thesis is to theoretically describe and analyze evaluation of economic efficiency of business plan. Business plan is reconstruction old farm building to 5 apartments. In variant of using govermant plan for supporting social house building. And compare efficiency while using datas from pre-investment phase and datas after realization.

In an industrial environment is a prerequisite for the success of the strategic marketing objectives in relation to corporate strategy. In this work there is focus on individual performance systems and group of metrics that are currently applied in engineering in connection to the implemented marketing activities. The main aim of this dissertation is to propose a methodologyfor the selection of marketing metrics that are directly connected to the effectiveness of the company and its marketing activities in the field of engineering in the Czech Republic. To explore the knowledge area there was also used primary and secondary research. The primary research was conducted by structured interviews through case studies and knowledge-based questionnaire investigation, supported by evidence acquired Czech and foreign literary sources. The work includes detailed assessment of the empirical research, including the testing of hypotheses as basis on which is established the methodology for selecting marketing metrics in engineering in the Czech Republic. The benefits could be seen both in theoretical and practical as well as educational fields.

Subject: The knowledge of the sport performance structure with individual identification of the sport training model is a prerequisite for the effective management of sport training. Achieving the sports top limit performance in sport is possible by adapting the training plan to the athlete's individuality by his physiological and psychological prerequisites. To achieve the highest sports performance, sports training analysis is an indispensable tool for international competitiveness. This case study deals with the description of sports training models identified by the composition and dynamics of the training load predictors. A retrospective longitudinal study provides with insights into the possibilities of influencing sports training, which made national, Czech, records on the course of 800 m men and 3,000 m of women's steeplechase. Probandé (n=2) at the age of 21 (runner 1) and 28 resp. 29 years old (runner 2) reached limiting sports performances. The track record dates originates from 1995 to 2012. Runners were participants or medalists from top world or European athletic competitions. The master´s thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of the selected company in the period 2010–2014. The aim of the work is to gain a comprehensive overview of the financial situation of the company by using selected methods of strategic and financial analysis and based on the results of analyzes to recommend measures which should help to improve the situation and strengthen the financial stability of a company.

Objective: Training and abilities of two junior athletes Prepared by: Bc. Petr Dubský Supervisor: PaedDr. Jitka Vindušková, CSc. The aim of the work: The aim of the work was to determine the level of performance of selected members of the training group, namely two juniors. To analyze the structure and content of their training, their performance in selected tests, and performance development in their main disciplines. Methodology: The analysis of the competitive results from 2012 to 2017 was used to analyze the performance of the individual seasons. I also analyzed the training records, where general and special training indicators were evaluated and compared with the results of similar analyzes of other athletes. I will also analyze the three measurements we have completed with the whole training group. Conclusion: The result shows that the training load in selected athletes, either according to literature or in comparison with other athletes, is insufficient in both individuals. After evaluating testing, I concluded that the test types were wrongly selected. This work has confirmed the importance of keeping track of the training records.
