v anglickém jazyce Thesis on "Freedom and responsibility of the child in the educational process" to capture the development of "freedom" and "responsibility" of historical first. It is crucial to how these therms are understood todey, both generally and in the philosophical and pedagogical sense. The work si focused in theory, the charter entitled "Freedom of the child in school and families" attempts to outline the practical actions that can direct the child correctly and to assist them in thein correct perception of freedom and responsibility. The thesis is devided into eight chapters, the chapter "Freedom and responsibility from the perspective of philosophy and education" is just a recapitulation of the development of two basic concepts of "freedom" and "responsibility". The following chapter tries to find the basic approaches to education, each has a different view of freedom and responsibility, but all three approaches are negligible in the educational process. The following chapter dealing with decision-making process, which is an integral part of properly conceived freedom of will and responsibility for their actions. Historické učivo v primární škole / Historical curriculum at primary school

This thesis discusses the historical curriculum in primary school and looking for ways to teach it effectively. Its aim is to analyze the educational goals of the historical curriculum of primary school. The introduction deals with the question of why history should be part of education in the first grade of primary school. Furthermore, it compares the historical conception of education at primary school in our conditions with the concept of the state, whose aims and methods of historical thinking are inspiring for us. Based on the findings and recommendations of domestic and foreign researches are in the empirical part of the thesis didactic designed tutorials selected topic historical subject matter with regard to diagnosis and development of historical thinking. Proposed lessons were implemented in the second year of primary school. At the end of each lesson is to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed schemes through analysis worksheets and comparing the results of the input and output mind maps and chalk talk. The entire set of lessons is evaluated through analysis of the final evaluation sheets pupils.

Východiska rozvojové pomoci v Zimbabwe / Bases of Developement Asistence in Zimbabwe

This work maps currant situation of development assistance in Zimbabwe. It summarizes currant situation of this activity in this country and shows basic development problems: "Double-law" system, women empowerment, "Sugar mummies and sugar daddies" phenomena, religion syncretism, fear factor, "child- headed" families and a "vicious circle of poverty". This thesis states these basic development outcomes: Microfinancing, use of "physical economy" and political changes. It is divided in two main parts; theoretical and practical. In the theoretical-one it deals with geo-population discourse and historical-political discourse so that the outcomes can to be place into context of currant development problems. In practical- one it deals with research question and hypothesis, as well as own investigation at the place. It shows the general interest in development assistance in terms of education, not only in terms of money (which was anticipated). At the end there is a discussion chapter, based mostly on personal experience, which I gained during the residencies HTF UK in 2011 and 2012. The end deals with outcomes, which were done by investigation and mentioned discourses.

The diploma thesis deals with the question of work and rest in the life of a contemporary Czech person. This includes the development of western Europe in past centuries before and after the industrial revolution up to the present situation characterized by the emphasis on speed and profit. The next part deals with the development of the Czech countries in the twentieth century that have undergone significant dramatic changes reflected even in the field of work and rest. The changes that took place with the commencement of capitalism are reflected from the position of the Jewish-Christian tradition and the social encyclicals issued from the late nineteenth century. It also focuses on the risks closely associated with an imbalance of work and rest both on the level of an individual and also his/her surroundings. Finally, current problems and possible solutions from the side of the state, the employer, the society and the individual himself/herself.

Analýza vývoje regulace hedgeových fondů / Analysis of the development of the hedge fund regulation

The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the post-crisis development of the hedge fund regulation both in the EU and in the United States as well as to outline the regulátory trends in this area. The fist part of the thesis is dedicated to the explanation of the term hedge fund by comparing it with a mutual fund, venture capital fund and a private equity fund. In the second part of the thesis I captured an overview of hedge fund strategies and their classification. The third chapter deals with various possible regulatory approaches including their impact. In this part I also describe in detail the development of the hedge fund regulation in the United States since the thirties of the last centure up to now. Part of the thesis dedicated to the EU focuses on understanding the requirements set by Alternative Investment Fund Directive and its implementation in the individual national legislations. Finally, a comparison of the individual requirements is provided and supplemented with my own findings.

The dissertation thesis deals with bases of establishing and maintaining authority in education from the perspective of student teachers in the international context. The thesis is divided into six chapters, the first three of which lay down its theoretical groundwork. In the first chapter the term authority is defined both generally and from the point of view of education, then it is classified and categorized, which is followed by an outline of possible dilemmas authority may cause in education. The second chapter charts both internal and external determinants of establishing and maintaining authority in education, i.e. it deals with the influence of teacher's personality and expertise, pupil, interaction of a teacher and a pupil, official pedagogical documents, as well as social and cultural factors. The theoretical part is concluded by the review of the contemporary research of authority in education. The fourth chapter presents the research question and characterizes bases of the selected research methodology - grounded theory. Also, it describes the research plan and utilized qualitative and quantitative research methods, which include free word associations, sentence completion, mind mapping, short written narratives, focus group, and adapted QTI. The goal of this master thesis is to summarise theoretical knowledge and characteristics of the corporate image and characteristics of public relations and subsequently to practice the PR audit and the research of the corporate image by the key target groups in the surrounding of the organization. An optimazing approach to the communication process has been developed based by outputs from the PR audit. The analysis and the research were conducted on a higher educational institution XY Ltd. The analysis of the material facts through the scientific literature and company internal documents and personal partially standardised interview were used as a methodological background for the PR audit. The subjective attitudes of the key target groups of interested persons towards corporate image was conducted with the help of questionionnaires.
