The first part of the thesis contains a literary review which sums up extracts from books and atricles from Myslivost magazine on the topic of wild boars' population and foraging ecology. Next part is devoted to the work on corn growths where the damage was evaluated. Three methods were used which determine the amount of damage in different ways. Then it was evaluated which of the methods is more accurate and more feasible. In the thesis all the methods are described in detail and evaluated. Moreover the benefits of preventive measures are valorized (growing corn in a certain distance from the wood and sowing a different crop plant around corn fields in order to facilitace shooting of wild boars).

Each company must deal how to resolve funding of business activities. One option could be factoring. Client gains funds as well as administration of receivables. The aim of my disertation is prove whether factoring contribued to financial stability of selected companies.There is a Financial analysis in the practical part of my disertation. You can find business´s conditions before and after using factoring. I compared the costs of factorng and costs of operating credit. Statistical verification was performed. Finally, suggestions and recommendations are specified.

Předmětem diplomové práce je ocenění JHP, s.r.o. Určení hodnoty společnosti bylo provedeno metodou DCF (FCFF) na základě předcházející strategické, finanční analýzy a sestaveného finančního plánu.

Práce se zabývá analýzou, legislativní úpravou a praktickou aplikací squeeze out, neboli vytěsnění minoritních akcionářů z akciových společností. Na základě analýzy teoretických konceptů nabídek převzetí obhajuje proces squeeze out jako legitimní a efektivní nástroj zvýšení flexibility řízení a správy společností. Práce poskytuje návody a doporučení majoritním akcionářům jak co nejlépe provést squeeze out. Práce dále poskytuje doporučení pro zákonodárné orgány ČR a EU, jakož i pro orgány dohledu nad kapitálovými trhy, na základě kterých by měla být provedena revize legislativní úpravy vytěsnění.

My diploma thesis was focused on the corn nutrition in practical conditions of the agricultural company. The evaluation was made with the help of an experiment, which was made at an altitude of 508 metres, the experimental land belongs to the agricultural company Jasanka s.r.o. The experiment is based on the nutrition of corn with different fertilization doses. Various parameters characterizing plant development were observed during the vegetation season. The final results of this experiment showed the overall differences between the fertilized variants. For all the evaluated indicators, a decreasing tendency with a decreasing amount of nitrogen was confirmed. It is clear that all parameters of the best results were obtained for fertilizer variant 1 (58.5 kg N*ha-1). Similarly, for all parameters, the gradual decrease of values decreasing the fertilizer dose is evident.

The goal of this thesis is to evaluate quality of the income based business valuations prepared by Czech valuation experts. Selected topics of standard of value, financial plan quality, and discount rate are examined on the sample of 110 valuations mostly dated in 2015. The main emphasis is put on the methodology and approach used by Czech valuation experts and their comparison to the best practice of business valuations. The opinion regarding quality of business valuations is based on the fulfilment of a specific set of criteria. At some parts results are compared to the first master thesis on similar topic from 2011. In the conclusion, recommendations how to improve the quality of business valuation in the future are presented.
