Hodnoty výskytu dyslálií v 1. ročníku ZŠ / Value of dyslalia 1. st. School year

Štumpfová, Libuše January 2012 (has links)
Problem of the dyslalia is the main target of this graduation thesis . It's based on the value of dyslalia 1. st. school year. The teoretical part provides knowledges, which deales with this issue. It's especially based on the basic terms: communication, communication disorder, communication with the relationship to RVP PV a RVP ZV. The main part of the teoreticial part pursue of the komplex proccesing dyslalia problem (classification, symptomatology, etiology, diagnosis and therapy), graduation thesis is also pursue of dyslalia problems and it's possible impacts on life (dyslalia and school, children with impaired articulation and teacher, dyslalia's social and psychological consequences). The practical part is prepared on the basis of the survay. For this survay it was used the quantitative research methods. The Survay respondents were student's parents. Determine approximate values of dyslalia occurrence in the first school year was the main target of this practical part.

Epidemiologie výskytu alimentárních nákaz v České republice / Epidemiology of the incidence of foodborne disease in the Czech Republic

REJZKOVÁ, Petra January 2015 (has links)
Epidemiology of the incidence of foodborne disease in the Czech Republic In my thesis I focused on the incidence of foodborne disease in the Czech Republic and their prevention. Group of foodborne disease, which is dominated by the fecal-oral transmission, is strongly influenced by the human factor. Foodborne disease easier occurs in communities of large group of people and in particular there where are problems with compliance with basic hygiene. Presented work is an abbreviated synthesized look at existing development and current severity of foodborne illnesses. The aim is not a detailed data analysis of individual foodborne illness, but their global assessment of occurrence in the Czech Republic. This is specifically focused only on selected infectious diseases where is possible to show long-term changes. A separate chapter is devoted to detailed incidence of viral hepatitis A, which is currently a very hot topic. Furthermore, I also present information on the recent epidemic of HAV in the Czech Republic in 2008. In the first section of presented thesis I describe process of collection and completion of related data in Czech Republic, also programs which are currently used for collection of data and their evaluation. I have also indicated external factors influencing disease emergence. In the second part, I compiled information on selected diseases and processed those into a graphs and maps of occurrence. Based on knowledge of the occurrence of these trends, it could be used for recommendation of effective infection control measures affecting the spread of the disease. The outcome of my thesis shows that in the Czech Republic are primarily important acute diarrheal diseases of bacterial and viral origin. For number of foodborne illnesses the trend of occurrence in Czech Republic is at very low level and the problem is with their import from developing countries with endemic occurrence. Certain foodborne diseases are eliminated, as we have in place specific immuno-prevention for long time. Good example is elimination of polio disease in the Czech Republic. Due to positive influence on certain diseases even more comes to the forefront diseases of infectious origin and importance of their actual and relative increase. As example are certain bacterial and viral diseases. Most significant are salmonellosis, campylobacteriosis and viral hepatitis. This development can be worldwide observed. In economically highly developed countries all this is associated with the growth of the food industry. The incidence of the campylobacteriosis disease in the Czech Republic yearly exceeds 20 thousand cases, which is the most common human zoonosis. Given the importance of this issue the aim of my thesis is not proposing solution. The aim is only to map and point out the current epidemiological situation of occurrence of selected foodborne diseases in the Czech Republic.

Monitorování změn výskytu obojživelníků v Novohradských horách a jejich podhůří / Monitoring of changes in distribution of amphibians in Novohradské Mountains and their piedmont

ŽALUD, Štěpán January 2012 (has links)
The changes in the occurrence of amphibian were monitored in the region of Novohradske mountains and in its foothills in seasons 2009-2010. Observation was focused on the presence of 11 species of amphibian in 31 selected locations. The results confirmed a significant decrease in the frequency of the species: Smooth Newt (Lissotriton vulgaris), Alpine Newt (Mesotriton alpestris), Warty Newt (Triturus cristatus) and synklepton Pelophylax synklepton esculentus. A mild decrease by European Tree Frog (Hyla arborea) and Common Spadefood (Pelobates fuscus). The balanced condition was found out by Fired Bellied Toad (Bombina bombina) and Yellow Bellied Toad (Bombina variegata), Common Toad (Bufo bufo), Grass Frog (Rana temporaria), Moor Frog (Rana arvalis) and Agile Frog (Rana dalmatina). Species were determined according to morphological characters. Observed data were compared with results of surveys of monitored sites from years 1999-2004.

Výskyt SPU dyslexie vzhledem k pohlaví. / Incidence of Dyslexia in relation to gender.

SUKOVÁ, Veronika January 2012 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on a specific learning disability, so called dyslexia. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Basic characteristics, symptoms and causes of specific learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dysortographia and dyscalculia, are desctibed in the theoretical part of the thesis. Special attention is devoted to the differences in terminology of the specific learning disabilities. The practical part analyses time aspect of dyslexia diagnosis, re-education process, and further-more, the frequency of incidence according to the gender issues.

Kolonizace habitatů neofytem Impatiens glandulifera a odhad faktorů limitujících jeho rozšíření / Habitat colonization by neophyte Impatiens glandulifera and estimate of factors limiting its spread

Marková, Zuzana January 2012 (has links)
Invasive spread of neophyte Impatiens glandulifera in central Europe started approximatelly eighty years ago. First records of dense cover stands come from belt stands in riparian habitats. The scale of invaded habitats and degree of the dominance of I. glandulifera is more diversified nowadays. This thesis is objected on the dominance and fertility of I. glandulifera within different habitat types and scale of invaded habitats in different parts of invaded range within Europe (i. e. in Czech Republic and Switzerland). The results show that the height and cover (substitutes for biomass and dominance) of this neophyte (i) correlates with the character of invaded vegetation (ii) relates to the degree of hemeroby (a measure of human impact) negativelly, and (iii), of course, both the growth and dominance are positively affected by nutrient content. Fertility does not differ among the types of invaded habitats, but goes up with the height of I. glandulifera and decreases with its cover. Invaded habitats comprises ruderal and riparian vegetation, but also wet maedows, forest clearances, beach and slope forests or weed vegetation.

Predikce výskytu skoků na denním trhu s elektřinou v České republice / Forecasting Jump Occurrence in Czech Day-Ahead Power Market

Hortová, Jana January 2016 (has links)
The very specific features of the spot prices, especially occurrence of severe jumps, create a spot price risk for retailers who purchase electricity at unregulated highly volatile prices but resell it to consumers at fixed price. Therefore, it is of high im- portance to forecast whether jump is likely to occur during the next hour. However, to the best of our knowledge, such research has not been devoted to the Czech power market yet. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to forecast the jump occurrence in the Czech day-ahead market. For this purpose we suggest four logit model spec- ifications, each containing various independent variables (for example, electricity demand, outside temperature, lagged price and various dummy variables) where the variable selection is supported by the previous literature and by the characteristic features of the spot prices. Within the in-sample period we compare the suggested models based on the values of pseudo-R squared and Bayesian information criterion. When evaluating the out-of sample performance of suggested models we apply jump prediction accuracy and confidence, but opposed to the previous literature we sug- gest a kind of sensitivity analysis which, to the best of our knowledge, has not be proposed by any other power research. Predikční modelování potenciálního výskytu vybraných druhů mechorostů na území Národního parku České Švýcarsko / Predictive distribution modelling of selected bryophyte species in Bohemian Switzerland National Park

Procházková, Martina January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to create potential distribution models for Dicranum majus (Greater Fork Moss) and Polytrichum alpinum (Alpine Haircap) in Bohemian Switzerland National Park. In the Czech Republic these bryophyte species occur in cold climatic regions typically with higher altitudes. In Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland they can occur in really low altitudes thanks to unique microclimatic conditions of deep inversion ravines. These bryophyte species had low number of occurence records in studied area before the start of my research (4 occurence localities for Dicranum majus, 8 occurence localities for Polytrichum alpinum). Predictive habitat suitability models can be an effective tool for selecting potential new occurence localities, planning field research or management design. During field research I recorded 34 new occurence localities for Dicranum majus and 29 new occurence localities for Polytrichum alpinum in Bohemian Switzerland National Park. I used 8 topographic parameters derived from digital elevation model with 1 m resolution as environmental data. Using these data I created models of potential distribution of the most suitable habitats for both species with algorithms Artificial neural networks (ANN), Generalised linear model (GLM) and Random forest (RF). RF algorithm had the...

Ověření úspěšnosti předchozího vysazení raka říčního a revize výskytu raka pruhovaného na území CHKO Třeboňsko / Verification of success of previous noble crayfish introduction and revision of occurrence of spiny cheek crayfish in the CHKO Třeboňsko

KOUTNIK, Dalibor January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to verify the success of previous reintroduction of noble crayfish (Astacus astacus) in main streams and selected reservoirs in the protected area Třeboňsko. Further expansion took place monitoring invasive signal crayfish (Pacifastacus leniusculus) and spiny cheek crayfish (Orconectes limosus) in these streams. Both are a carrier of crayfish plague. Thus, where they already exist, would not make sense to try to strengthen further the population of noble crayfish.
