Soldánová, K. Possibilities of the Development of Social Tourism in Jihomoravský kraj. Diploma thesis. Brno, 2014. This diploma thesis deals with evaluation the current possibilities of the development of social tourism in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part explains the basic terms, approaches and examples from abroad are described. In the practical part the current situation in the Czech Republic with focus on the interconnection of the strategic documents is analysed, current support options within the system of subsidies are described. Furthermore, an analysis of attractions and potential, SWOT analysis of the development of social tourism in Jihomoravský kraj are work out. Finally, there are suggested instruments to encourage the development of social tourism in Jihomoravský kraj and the system of indicators for assessing the benefits and the development of social tourism is developed.

The Master's Thesis is focused on business plan, concretely on founding of a new tour operator for people with special needs. First part describes principles of business plan, tourism, issues regarding tour operators and defines tourism for all (accessible tourism). Practical part concerns creation of business plan itself. The purpose is to describe tour operator, analyze tourism industry, the competition and segment. The thesis is focused on marketing and finance plans as well (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow statement included). It is concluded with SWOT and risk analysis and the visions to the future.

The tourism is an inherent part of humans life because the desire to travel and experience has become a part of current life style. But also the tourism represents the need of self-realization that everybody without any difference wants to satisfy. Therefore it is important to enable as large spectrum of people (healthy as well as disabled) as possible to travel. The main goal of the dissertation thesis is to analyse specific Leeds of disabled people within their participation in tourism activities. The partial goal is to describe the accessible tourism issues, recommend mesures in the field of accomodation and catering facilities and transport services that would lead to the satisfaction of disabled people needs and last but not least to point to an importance of observing the rules when treating disabled people. The dissertation thesis is devided into eight chapters that solve issues of making tourism accessible to disabled people. The part of the thesis is dedicated to the principles of providing informations about accessibility and particular attention is payed to specific needs of disabled people in case of using accomodatin and catering facilities and means of transport. Results of the questionnaire surfy are summarized in conclusion of the thesis.

3 ABSTRACT Title of project: Visitors of the Nature Park Ladronka and their interest in movement activities Aim of project: The goal of this Thesis is a socio-demographic analysis of the visitors of the Nature Park Ladronka and their motives for movement activities in this location in different season. Methods of project: All necessary data were collected by means of interviews directly in the Park Ladronka during this three weeks 25. - 31. 10. 2011 from 10:00-17:30, 23. - 29. 5. 2011 from 10:00-20:00 and 8. - 14. 8. 2011 from 10:00-20:00. The results were statistically processed using relative and absolute frequency. Results: The total number of respondents is 1,425. They are mostly - 32 % of visitors aged 20-29 - interested in the on-line skating track. The most common means of transport was for 40% of the visitors their car. The preferred sport for men (47 %) is running 42 % and gym 27 %, and for women (53 %) in-line skating 79 %. 14,5 % of visitors aged 20-29 are from housing estate. The park is visited mostly by students 32 % and people working on their computers 24 %. Title: Applying the European Customer Satisfaction Index in the area of sport Objectives: The main objective of this paper is to determine customer satisfaction of the Czech Association Sport for All (ČASPV) using the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI) and following the results of the research propose recommendations. The sub-objectives include modification of the ECSI methodology for the area of sport and comparison of the resulting ECSI index values in terms of the quality management system applied in ČASPV, different methods of determining the weights of measurable variables and already conducted research in the Czech commercial environment. Methods: The work uses, through the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI), the method of quantitative marketing research. For the primary data collection from ČASPV agents and clients, electronic and written inquiries were used. Results: According to the resulting ECSI index values, ČASPV clients have been very satisfied with the services and activities of the Association. Title: Financing of promoting physical activity by the towns with extended scope Aims: Purpose of this work is to explore and analyze condition of financing of promoting physical activity in the towns with extended scope in Czech Republic. I am focusing on budget of towns with extended scope, analyzing of sport financing in these towns, analyzing of profit or loss of sport facilities, utilization of grants, the citizen attitude with this problem and the functionality of departments of sport. Methods: The work is descriptively-analytical. Collecting of data is done by recherché and questionnaire. Analysis and comparison will be used for evaluation of data. I will research whether the number of population is correlated with the amount of money put into the promotion of physical activity and with the number of workers in the Sports Department etc. Results: The towns with extended scope are recognized the importance of physical activities and they are very active to seek financial resources to support them. However, in many smaller municipalities with extended scope is not personnel involved in the sport at all, or this issue is passed on someone as a part-time. The diploma thesis focuses on a European activity eTwinning and its implementation within the system of education. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the activity and its main principles, as well as its goals and management. The emphasis is also put on its position within the conception of lifelong learning. The thesis presents the development of the activity since its lunch in 2005 until now, describes its original direction to be followed at the beginning as well as the gradual changes that happened during its further implementation. The practical part defines the main internet tools offered by eTwinning to its users and describes those in detail. In the last part, three eTwinning projects are presented as good practice examples from the Czech Republic. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to present the European activity in as broad context as possible and from different points of view. All the data used are based on relevant literature and other sources.

Title: Sport as a Public Service: Equity and Efficiency of Local Sport Facilities In the Czech Republic, clubs traditionally played a key role in providing sport facilities. In recent years, the role of local authorities in sport has strengthened. Hence, there have been changes in the management of sport facilities in the context of new trends in public administration and sport participation. The thesis analyzes and evaluates current modes of provision of public sport facilities as the consequence of these changes. The examined issue is narrowed down to the two theoretical concepts - sport equity and efficiency of sport facilities. These are perceived as a part of the performance of sport facilities (see Liu et al., 2009 or Kung and Taylor, 2010). The first part of the thesis aims to test the effect of different forms of management of sports facilities on the sport equity score in the framework of institutional analysis (Houlihan, 2005). On the basis of the original instrument for measuring of sport equity, the survey is carried out. The research sample (N = 193) is made up by the municipalities with extended powers, except for regional cities and Prague. The second part of the thesis has the character of an action research.
