Gazárek, Jakub January 2014 (has links)
The development of concordatarian law from the year 1964 onward The goal of this thesis is the analysis and comparisson of concordatarian law in few select countries. This thesis is mainly focused on the countries of Central Europe (Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Republic of Poland, Federal Republic of Germany). In order to expand the scope of this thesis, two other countries were chosen. The first one is the Kingdom of Spain, which represents a unique example of a gradual change between the so called traditional concordatarian system and the new and modern system developed after the conclusion of the Second Vatican Council. The second country, that was chosen is the Republic of Colombia as a non-European country with long and interesting history of concordatarian tradition. The thesis itself is divided into two main parts. The first part (composed of the first two chapters) aims to define the basic terms, which are used throughout the entire thesis. Such basic terms as concordat, the subjects of concordatarian agreements, the Holy See and others are defined in the first chapter. Also the international legal personality of the Holy See and its historical development is examined in the same chapter as well. The Second Vatican Council and its teachings had a profound impact on the concordatarian...

Změny kanonického práva od Druhého vatikánského koncilu do současnosti / Changes of canon law from the Second Vatican Council to the present

Koranda, Jan January 2020 (has links)
Changes of canon law from the Second Vatican Council to the present Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the development of canon law after the Second Vatican Council. Canon law, like other systems of law, is undergoing constant development, responding both to the development of human knowledge and to the changes in society in which it exists. The thesis deals with the changes of canon law made by the popes after the Second Vatican Council, with the main emphasis being placed on the changes made by papal laws, ie apostolic constitutions or motu proprio. Ecclesiastical laws of lower legal force are included in the work only if they implement the papal law or are otherwise directly affected by it. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the historical context of the Second Vatican Council, especially the First Vatican Council, which was forcibly interrupted right after the publication of the first two documents and never officially ended. Nevertheless, the work on the first codification of canon law, completed in 1917, was born on its basis. The social and political development associated with the two world wars caused the need to reform not only the code but also the whole canon law. The next part of the work deals with the Second Vatican Council, convened by Pope John XXIII. for the purpose of...

Druhý vatikánský koncil a jeho následovníci / Second Vatican Council and his followers

Poslední, Petra January 2021 (has links)
In my thesis I came to several conclusions. Holy Fathers John XXIII., Paul IV. and Francis, who followed and related the legacy of II. of the Vatican Council to, are much more popular in society than the popes, who have a different opinion and do not support the last ecumenical council. The openness of the personality and the pope's approach to the church modernization is for public absolutely necessary. Another crucial aspect for today's church is for sure the media world.

Chocenská, Vlasta January 2012 (has links)
The thesis "Ecumenism in the work of Josef Kubalík" provides an overview of several works of professor Josef Kubalík. His works influenced generations of students of Catholic theology. Author was a professor of Fundamental Theology at Cyrilometodějská bohoslovecká faculty in Litoměřice in the second half of the 20th century. He wrote a lot of books, university textbooks and ariticles in specialized press. Theologia Fundamentalis has been his most known work. Which is partly still under the influence of manualistic, apologetic-polemical theology. In his later reissues are added council documents Dei Verbum and Lumen Gentium. He translated documents of Second Vatican Ecumenical Council for professional public. We compare his work to these documents and to Ut Unum Sint. At the end it is said, that professor Kubalík grew in the openness and friendliness towards non - Catholics. But he was unable to change given schemes of his thinking.

Diskuse o liturgickém prostoru v českém jazykovém prostředí - historie a současnost (II. část - Od II. vatikánského koncilu po současnost) / Discussion about Liturgical Space in Our Country between the Second Vatican Coucil and presence

Jirsa, Prokop January 2014 (has links)
The outcomes of the Second Vatican Council have brought essential changes into liturgy, having impacted the liturgical space as well. However, the totalitarian communist regime that was in power in Czech lands at the time allowed only a limited space for the application of the Council outcomes in practice. That is why the post-Council situation in liturgy is in many ways unique in the Czech Republic. After the Velvet Revolution there was a rapid and rapturous development that has brought not only positives, but also certain negatives stemming from the too-quickly loosening grip of bondage. The aim of this thesis is to monitor the state of the discussion on liturgical space in the period between the Second Vatican Council and the present day. The theoretical part looks at the summary of the discussion in the Czech Republic before the Second Vatican Council, then briefly presents concept of sacred space of the Second Vatican Council and at the end outlines the pre-Council and the post-Council European context. The practical part consists in the finding, researching and evaluating of materials concerning the subject. They have been assessed according to three main criteria. The first is a historical viewpoint sorting the materials by the time they came into being. The second classifies them by the...

Responsoriální žalmy Karla Skleničky / Karel Sklenička 's Responsorial Psalms

Nedbalová, Josefína January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis consists of three parts. The first one describes the historical role of psalms during masses from their origin until presence. It illuminates the new role of psalms in the Cathlolic liturgy after the second Vatican council and outlines how these liturgical changes projected into Czech Catholic enviroments. The second part introduces significant Czech psalters and their authors. The psalters were created for liturgical needs and in reaction to the conclusions of the 2VC for liturgical needs. The third, main part of the thesis consists of detailed analysis of 1992 Karel Sklenička's psalter Responsoriální žalmy pro neděle a významné dny liturgického roku. The analysis of harmonic and melodic procedures of individual tones serves as a basis for the practival part of the thesis which is an extension of existing Sklenička's psalter to all days of liturgical year. The new psalter preserves the music component composed by Karel Sklenička and also preserves the way of work with the liturgical text in new psalms following the pattern of Karel Sklenička. The new psalter keeps strictly to the liturgically prescribed texts for individual liturgical occasions like the psalter from 1992.

The subject matter of the second part is the Břevnov Monastery. First it briefly describes the history of Břevnov and its architectural development from Romanesque period to the Baroque style.
