Title of diploma thesis: Recent knowledge on drug effect on male fertility Among the various types of side effects presented in clinically used drugs, negative effects on male reproductive functions can be find. This issue seems to be important and current especially due to the general trend of the decrease in fertility in men and the increasing drug use in younger age groups. The aim of this diploma thesis was to create an overview summarizing current expert knowledge on the effect of drugs on male fertility. For this purpose, we selected relevant publications in the PubMed database, perform their analysis and create the text ofthe thesis. The review focuses mainly on groups of drugs that are often clinically used and discussed in relation to male fertility, such as drugs acting on the cardiovascular system, antimicrobial drugs, drugs used in pain therapy, antidepressants, antiepileptics, antipsychotics, immunosuppressants and some other drugs. Title of thesis Adverse effects of epilepsy medication in children The aim of this thesis was to determine the most commonly used antiepileptics in children, its adverse effects and to compare these results with the adult epileptology. In the theoretical part there are etiopathogenesis, pathophysiology, clinical manifestation, types of the seizures and epileptic syndromes described. The specifics of epilepsy treatment in children, not only pharmacotherapy, but also non-pharmacological treatment options, were documented as well. In the study there was exact half of patients treated with monotherapy and the other half with combined therapy which is not in line with the original hypothesis that assumed a predominance of monotherapy. The most commonly used antiepileptics in children were valproate (62,5 %), lamotrigine (25 %), topiramate and levetiracetame (both in 18,75 %). The hypothesis assuming a higher incidence of adverse effects in combination therapy has been confirmed. This dissertation is aimed at the income and expense amendment at a contributory organization in Hradec Králové region. In the theoretical part there are basic facts about contributory organizations, the founder, the foundation document, the dividing into main and by work or their budget. Following by the characterization of the incomes and selected expenses which can be often found in a contributory organization accountancy. The last part brings a closer view of conducting of accountancy in the selected accounting units including accounting documentary evidence and financial analysis. The last chapter shows theoretical possibilities of income and expense amendment at a contributory organization. At the beginning of the working part there is shown the certain contributory organization Gymnázium Broumov (grammar school Broumov) following by the detailed analysis of its profits and selected costs. This part also describes the economization of the school individual funds and then the way of conducting of accountancy in this contributory organization. Other chapters of this dissertation pay attention to the financial analysis of economization and factual project of income and expense amendment at the grammar school. In the chapter 4.7 you can find the possibilities of the incomes increase. It is conected with the taking advantage of appropriation projects given by the organizer, the Ministry of Education or the EU, the closure of new agreements for lease of school not flat space or establishing of complementary educational activities. The expenses can be amended by lowering the power consumption thanks to the project EPC or using central purchase of power and some services within the framework of the HK region. The saving can be reached by correct utilization of substitute quota with the purchase of products and services or by optimum drawing of wage means. The conclusion contains the evaluation of the amendment results. Thanks to the amendment the incomes are risen up to 750,000 Czech crowns more than 80% of it are the incomes from appropriation projects. It brings to school better study conditions for students, possibilities of further education for teachers or getting new teaching aids. The incomes from the lease of school not flat space have to be, according to the foundation document, used for repairs and maintenance of the school building at the same calendar year. The establishing of complementary educational activities is more both administratively and organizationaly demanding than possibilities of income amendment so it might be set up in Sept.2017. The Grammar School Broumov can get up to 300,000 Czech crowns a year thanks to the expense amendment. The saving made by lowering total power, service and material expenses can be used without any restrictions for example for purchase of new modern technology, interactive boards or for school environment innovation. The grammar school management can use the saving made by optimum drawing of wage means as a motivation for the teachers via bonuses or personal extra pays.

The thesis analyses shareholders' agreements in limited liability and joint stock companies. In a broader sense, both the agreements concluded by shareholders outside the articles of association or bylaws and the provisions of the constitutional documents which are not attached to shares but only bind the individual shareholders can be classified as shareholders' agreements. The thesis consists of a general and a special part. The objective of the general part is to describe the legal nature, effects, usual content and practical use of shareholders' agreements. Particularly, I intend to detail the main legal issues surrounding shareholders' agreements included in the constitutional documents and to suggest the methods of coping with these problems in the legal practice. Further, I will describe the corporate advantages of the shareholders' agreements as separate legal documents as well as their limits. The objective of the specific part of this thesis is to characterize the selected types of shareholders' agreements in terms of their practical use and legal regulation. I put special emphasis on different kinds of shareholders' voting agreements.

Student: Vendula Rapiová Title of Thesis: Natural substances with toxic and allergic activity Keywords: medicinal plant, allergy, side effects, toxicity The connection between herbs and mankind dates to early ages and without discussion herbal remedies were the first one to put in use. We observe significant increase of herbal remedies used in paediatric patients in last decades. The goal of this work was set to examine available information about herbal safety. The list of herbs that are dangerous or inappropriate to use in children age was made. The herbs were grouped into simple classification system of herbal safety. In addition to chapters describing herbal safety the work contains knowledge about their general use in paediatrics phytotherapy, the pros and cons of their use. To gather the data of web research and scientific literature were employed. The analysed data were published between 1968-2017 and were collected using PubMed, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar. 1 Legal aspects of startup financing and venture capital investments Abstract The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the legal aspects of startup financing, especially with a focus on venture capital investments. As the transaction documentation related to venture capital investments usually contains a significant number of foreign language clauses and provisions, a part of my thesis is dedicated to these clauses and their detailed description using practical examples. The content itself is divided into three parts. The first of them generally defines the companies referred to as startups and their individual development stages. It also answers the question, startups are facing in their beginnings, of choosing the appropriate legal form. The conclusion of the first part is then focused practically on individual methods used for startup valuation. The second part is then focused on the venture capital investment realization and specific transaction documentation associated with capital investment. The energetic byproducts are a part of energetic wastes which are residues of fuels combustion or also the residues of flue-gas cleaning. Their following application can impact the terrestrial and subsequently also aquatic ecosystems. With respect to these reasons it is necessary to deal with their possible ecotoxicity. Within the framework of this diploma thesis water leaches from the byproducts’ samples were prepared and subsequently ecotoxicaly tested. Three alternative toxicity tests on aquatic organisms were used: Thamnotoxkit FTM and a Rapidtoxkit FTM on sense organisms Thamnocephalus platyurus and Daphtoxkit FTM on sense organisms Daphnia magna. Standard tests of fytotoxicity were also used; Sinapis alba root growth inhibition test and Lemna minor growth inhibition test. The values of EC50, LC50 and IC50 were determined and ecotoxicity of energetic byproducts was evaluated.
