The first part renders the theoretical introduction to the problems of career guidance and the next possible educational choice. There are clarified the important terms of the work, selected parts of career progression, characteristics of development stage of pubescent with respect to the next possible educational choice at the end of the primary school. Then we get acquainted with the basic principles of methodical approach and characteristics of systemic dialog. The empiric part brings particular casuistry which illustrates searching of harmony between personality of a pupil, background for exercise of a profession, chanciness, ignorance and deficient of maturity of pupils (their parents too) for the next career progression. We try to show the importance and benefit of the systemic approach and dialog just with guidance in casuistry and discussions. It tries to show a suitable systemic approach as a theoretical and philosophical framework of career counselor in the context of the consulting situation with children and their parents. This work shows that this approach helps that the counselor does not only submit a verdict but creates a place for thinking about possibilities. Asking questions challenge the client to searching answers and active thinking about future. It becomes better...

The diploma work explains the basic terms which are related to the old age, the phenomenon of the old age and accompanying changes of this age. Institutions concretely retirement homes are the main aim of this work. I have chosen three institutions in České Budějovice {--} Houses for retired people Máj, Hvízdal and Dobrá Voda. I{\crq}m describing and characterizing these houses and comparing their leisure time offers. Further there are described suggestions of spending leisure time of the elderly and activities which are possible to do. The work contains an illustrative research realized with the clients in the form of reading questionnaires in these three institutions. There are little differences, but the offers of the leisure time activities are mostly the same. The way, how the clients spend their leisure time depends a lot on the staff willingness. A special worker for leisure time is not employed in any of these institutions. That is a social worker who cares about clients{\crq} leisure time the most.

The aim of this thesis is to describe appropriate and threatening educational strategies that have arisen as a result of parental divorce, and based on the theoretical recommendations and research conducted among a selected group of respondents to formulate educational recommendations that minimizes problems of children from divorced families. The survey seeks to answer questions about what respondents selected as their options to manage a period around parents divorce and what made the situation worse. To achieve the objectivity of this thesis were to set partial goals: 1. To find out how the respondent assessed with hindsight suitability and unsuitability of educational strategies used by parents during divorce 2. compare their opinions with the strategies formulated in the theoretical part. The focus of this work is qualitative research, processed by using content analysis of the interview. Semi-structured interviews with selected respondents from single-parent families aged between 19 and 25 years old, reversely maps their view on the appropriate educational strategies of their parents. (in English): The goal of this thesis is to analyze mainly advantages of iPad use during lectures at special primary schools. In addition, the thesis takes a look at disadvantages of this style of education. The theoretical part includes the first four chapters. The main information source for this part is expert literature. The first step presents the basic terms from the field of education. The next step presents important information about mental retardation and autistic spectrum disorders, including the specific aspects of education of children with such mental disorders. Following are the characteristics of the iPad devices and the history of the device and its manufacturer, the Apple company. This part also includes other information and communication technology used for educational purposes at regular as well as special schools. Last chapter of this part excerpts advantages and disadvantages of iPad listed in used expert literature. The practical part uses the method of qualitative analysis, in the form of semi-structured interview to find out which positive and negative effects can iPad usage have for both parties involved - children and teachers. This diploma thesis concerns in the first part on conditions for creating of nursery for the company in Czech Republic. It also analyses current positon and interest in the nursery located in Brno. In the conclusion I suggest steps which should lead into the fair creating in case of satisfied conditions.

Celular automata are one of many alternative models of computation. Massive parallelism and the posibillity to describe their local behaviour in a simple way are of particular interest. This thesis describes a different way of representing the local transfer function of cellular automata, which is particulary suitable for use in genetic algorithm. This representation is based on simple model, mirroring the way instruction based register machines operate. The aim of this publication is to analyze and assess applicability of proposed method.
