New studies of social behaviour of giraffes have brought also new questions regarding the social relationships of this apparently well-known species.

The subject of the thesis is exploration of actors’ interplay both on the stage and in front of a camera, because only common acting of the main characters creates a dramatic situation. In connection with this topic, at first I determine elementary characteristics of the actors’ partnership with all its important objectives that the actor should notice. I am trying to see acting as a social activity and further write about the contact between the actor and auditorium and the actors themselves. Then I relate actors’ partnership to other acting practice and thus prove its presence in the whole art of acting. In the conclusion I deal with negative influence of actors’ interplay due to blocking the actor’s creativity and I look for means of removing those blocks. In terms of these topics I enclose my personal experience as a proof of my theoretical reasoning.

Close relationships fulfil the need of an individual to start and keep close relationships with other people. These are main basic needs of a human being. Partnership, family and friendship are all considered to be close relationships. We can find common elements among them but also there are specific differences. Intimacy is by all means one of the main components of close relationships and this work is focused on it. We mention knowledge which can be found in literature, emphasis is put on foreign sources. This work shows results of prototypical study of the term intimacy, which reveals layman structure of this term and offers, apart from traditional definitions, a different view of the subject, especially the contrasts which are typical for close relationships in partnerships, family relationships and friendships. In this diploma thesis, the results of Formica foreli Bondroit, 1918, and other ant species in the area of Štěměchy, interspecies relations study are presented. The ant Formica foreli, belonging to subgenus Coptoformica, is a species occured only at stabil and biologicaly valuable sites. Nowadays it occures only in the six locations on the territory of the Czech Republic. Investigated complex of nests, located in Vysočina region, contains 654 nests and at present it is the largest polycalic complex of the nests of this type in the Czech Republic. Collection by ground traps results, confrontation of two worker ants in an artificial arena experiments and competitive interactions on the bait observation, demonstrated, that there is wide spectrum of other ant species in the area, which indicates of good trophy of the site. Further, the results promoted a hypothesis, that thanks to the polycalic nest character, Formica foreli species ocupies the supreme position in hierarchic organization of the whole area.

Diplomová práce se zabývá euroatlantickými vztahy v politicko-bezpečnostní oblasti po konci studené války. V roce 1991 se rozpadl Sovětský svaz a komunistická hrozba, která se po celých 46 let studené války vznášela nad Evropou, opadla. Tato změna zásadním způsobem změnila postavení Evropy a USA. Spojené státy zůstaly jedinou světovou supervelmocí a sjednocená Evropa se chtěla vymanit závislosti na Spojených státech. 90. léta začínala myšlenkou "globálního světového partnerství" G. Bushe st., končila však tendencí k unilateralistickému přístupu G. Bushe ml. Přesto teroristické útoky z 11. září 2001 demokratický Západ významným způsobem sjednotily. Jestliže se Evropa chtěla stát velmocí podobnou Spojeným státům, pak se jí to ve vojenské oblasti nepovedlo. Přes tyto odstředivé tendence zůstalo mezi Evropou a USA spojenectví, které je vyjádřeny formou spolupráce v NATO.
