Proč vlastně antroposofie vznikla a na co se snaží odpovědět? Pro tyto, a mnohé jiné, odpovědi nechám své úvahy sklouznout k širším souvislostem. Uvažme, co všechno dnešnf svět tak zoufale potřebuje. Zemědělská půda je například dalekosáhle znehodnocena a "systematicky" ničena chemickými hnojivy a postřiky. Otázka zní, zdali je možné obdělávat půdu i jinými, přirozenějšími, způsoby? Nebo, organismus lidí je dnes většinou těžce poškozen antibiotiky a čistě chemickými látkamLOpět je třeba se ptát, zda-Ii není možné lidi léčit jinak? Školní výchova nutí děti k bezduché kázni a ctižádostivému honu za dobrými známkami, docela logicky pak ze škol vycházejí mladí lidé bez iniciativy, neteční a bez zájmu o svět. Dalo by se učit od základu jinak? Tato otázka pak neplatí jen pro oblast vzdělávání a výchovy dětí. Jistě i pro dospělého má význam další, nebo přímo celoživotní vzdělávání.

The candidate´s work aims to compare art work of pupils at two different educational institutions: a regular primary school and a Waldorf school. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with specific features of waldorf pedagogy in comparison to that in the traditional educational system. The second chapter outlines the development of children´s art skills, especially at the second level of a primary school. The practical part analyses a set of 82 drawings of a human figure and a Sentence Completion Test collected from the sixth and ninth grade pupils of both schools. The aim of this work is to discern possible differences in the children´s creativity at both types of schools.

I am introducing you into the characterization of preschool child how it is understood at Waldorf educational system. I am pointing out ceremonies and rituals, which are held universaly at Waldorf nursery schools. I stress out their meaning and contribution for preschool kids. Traditional rituals arecharacterized in our own point of view, depending how we see them. Last part is about one of these kindergartens, in Ceske Budejovice to be more specific.

This diploma thesis presents monographic study that deals with the autonomy of schools in the context of the idea of the Waldorf School and philosophical convictions of its founder Rudolf Steiner. The content itself brings a particular identification, analysis and description of the basic principles of Steiner's ideas of Social Threefolding. For better grip and insights into this topic in the introductory chapters with the concept of autonomy as the general context, and given directly to the school autonomy. Further insight on school administration and local government and various school systems in the European area. The work also includes historical and political context of the time of different directions of reform pedagogy 19th and 20th century, which proved, among other things, as one of the key conditions for understanding the concept of free Waldorf school Rudolf Steiner and the conditions under which it was created. This thesis deals with the development of key competencies in teaching of Natural Science in the primary school stage in the system of Waldorf School. The theoretical part of the thesis expounds on the issues of the transformation of education as well as the characteristics of teaching in the system of Waldorf School. Some terms, such as - key competencies, the transformation of education, alternative trends in education, Waldorf pedagogy and its role in transforming education - are explained there. The research part of the thesis presents an action research, which is focused on the development of the key competencies in the epoch of Natural Science in the third grade of Waldorf School. One of the epochs was described by observation. The results of observations were compared by means of additional questionnaires, which were filled out by teachers. The development of the key competencies in the given epoch was described by the analysis of research. The results of the research confirmed that the educational strategy for the development of the key competencies in Waldorf School was at a very good level. The analysis of the research could be used as a source of information for the development of key competencies in other epochs of Natural Science in the third grade in primary schools. This diploma thesis deals with the ways of using the qualifications of a literary manager in the field of pedagogy and didactics, specifically while teaching at a secondary school called Waldorfské lyceum. In the first part the author deals with the characteristics of the two careers – as a literary manager and as a teacher, and defines the set of qualities that are necessary for these professions. Later he compares these two professions and seeks intersections and parallels between them and the parts they take in a theater environment and in a school environment respectively. In the next part he introduces the Waldorf education and its specifics with regards to the performing arts incorporated into the lessons, and analyses the drama poetics of Rudolf Steiner including his approach towards the manner of speech and the art of eurythmy. In the crucial third part of this thesis the author is describing his experiences as a teacher at the secondary school Waldorfské lyceum and looks into individual areas of his activities – projects of literary, performing, artistic and cultural character, particularly in relation to utilizing the qualitifations of a literary manager, obtained during the studies of Dramaturgy for Dramatic Theater on The Theater Academy of Performing Arts.

The theoretical part deals with questions and polemic regarding the acquisition of a foreign language at an early age and examines the advantages and disadvantages of language learning at an early age. Compares the views of experts on this issue and describes the conditions for effective teaching of children. It focuses on the basic methodology for teaching foreign language to small children. It speaks about adequate forms of work at an early age and describes how the language skills can or cannot be developed. The practical part describes and compares the teaching of English language in Class One at a state school and an alternative school based on observation, my own teaching and discourses with teachers.

The work implies findings of research made on achievement motivation and preferential motivation at standards schools and Waldorf schools. The data have been collected using questionnaires in June 2014.
