State supervision of financial activities The topic of this dissertation thesis is the state supervision of financial activities. The topic is really wide, so the author can take into account all of the financial relationships related to this area. This thesis focused on theoretical issues, on the legal relationships in this area, and specifically on the selected areas, in which was a drafted question later on in detail analyzed. In the theoretical area are considered terms such as regulation, supervision and control. The aim was to define these concepts theoretically, to chart their frequency and semantic nature in the area of financial activities. The aim of this thesis was also to investigate, whether it is possible to set out the terms that are used both in everyday and in professional life in an identical meaning, and define specifically for the area of financial law. It has been found that it is very difficult, if not impossible task, as any definition cannot cover the diversity, frequency and a steady increase in the financial legal relations. The thesis deals with the design of technology for production of weapon conclusion by die forging. The weapon conclusion will be made of C45 steel in series of 500 000 pieces per year. Before forging, the base semi-finished product will be treated using cross-wedge rolling technology. Thanks to the chosen production process, the forging will be made as four pieces. A simulation of the forging process was made for the created design. Results of a simulation showed that metal did not fill entire hollow. Based on these results was made changes in design and the simulation was performed again. According to the results of the second simulation, the hollow has already been filled with metal. For the forging was chosen the machine LZK 2500P from Šmeral a.s with a nominal force 25MN. In the conclusion there was a technical-economic evaluation of costs for the material required for production of entire series.

This graduation theses contains the solution of new multifunctional building. The house includes a one underground and three above-ground floore with a flat roof. Project contains architectonical and engineering solution, constructive (statics) part and sanitary, technical installations.

This thesis discusses the types of bridge expansion joints certified for use in the Czech Republic and their disorders. The first part was a theoretical evaluation of expansion joint failures. The second part focused on clarifying the failure of anchor bolts at the cantilever expansion joint. On the basis of determining the cause was then designed a method for determining the durability of expansion joints. Prognosis life cycles corresponds records according to administrator- repair works.

The thesis targets at events which took place in the town of Prachatice and its surroundings at the end of the Second World War. It is based on written sources (filed in the State District Archives Prachatice), as well as on literature sources focusing on this topic and eyewitness memories. The first part presents a brief characterization of the town from geographical, social and economic point of view. The second chapter deals with events taking place in September 1938 when Prachatice was occupied by Nazi Germans. The third part shortly depicts the process of front war situations in Europe. The main part of the thesis consists of chapter 4 and 5 which present the way of living and events happening in the town from January 1945 to May 1945 when Prachatice was liberated by the US army. The thesis aims to connect general relations with events that happened in Prachatice and its surroundings not only to illustrate the topic from literature sources but also from people{\crq}s own memories. It tends to depict this period full of worries and hope. It is hoped to contribute to completion of the town history.

This thesis deals with the exploration and evaluation of the existing bridge carried him on the highway D2. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the technical surveys, diagnosis of building structures and some methods of investigation and testing of building structures. In the practical part the visual inspection and diagnosis of disorders of the highway bridge substructures ev.
