Práce se zabývá zhodnocením dostupnosti zdravotní péče ve vztahu k nákladům na zdravotní péči v zemích OECD. Práce zahrnuje vymezení pojmu dostupnost zdravotní péče, její jednotlivé dimenze a faktory, které dostupnost zdravotní péče ovlivňují. Pro zhodnocení dostupnosti zdravotní péče jsou vybrána čtyři kritéria, která jsou následně porovnávána s celkovými, veřejnými a soukromými výdaji na zdravotní péči. Pro účely této analýzy je využito metody jednoduché regresní analýzy. Na závěr je uvedeno zhodnocení výsledků regresní analýzy a jejich interpretace.

The Muslim patient belongs, because of the necessity to respect traditions and teaching of Quran, to the most complicated religious challenges for physicians and health care providers of other denominations. It is so not only in the Muslim countries, where these experts are often hired to provide health care in medical care centres, but also in countries with a considerable Muslim minority. The author of this diploma work defined as his aim to clarify the complexity of health care with regard to rather distinctive limitations, often contradicting common diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, which stem from Islamic traditions, Islamic law and unneglectable attitudes of Muslim clerics. In his thesis the author attempts to a brief insight into the Islam with focus on orthopraxis of each Muslim, which accompanies him for the whole life, dividing the issue into the Muslim life phases and a broader Muslim family interests - see the work content. The author himself worked with Muslims for more than 15 years, out of which almost 10 years in Islamic countries (Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait and Pakistan) as well as in countries with strong Muslim population (Israel, Botswana, South Africa). The graduation thesis focuses on the economics of health, particularly for medical factor -- the availability of healthcare. The aim of this thesis is to determine regional differences in availability of healthcare in the regions of the Czech Republic. The availability has been analyzed from a geographical point of view, therefore, on the basis of density of the network of health facilities. The objective is achieved by using statistical processing of data provided by ÚZIS ČR and ČSÚ. The thesis has been performed using the methods of statistical analysis, synthesis, comparison and deduction. In the provision of hospital care there were not found any more significant regional disparities. The availability of outpatient care was found that the availability of primary health care was from the 90th years pushed by ordination of professional specialists. In the availability of general practitioners there appeared some interregional differences. The worst availability was analyzed in the regions Středočeský and Ústecký.

Diplomová práce na téma ?Vybrané problémy fungování zdravotních pojišťoven v ČR? se zabývá třemi pohledy na české zdravotní pojišťovny. Nejprve popisuje současný stav fungování zdravotních pojišťoven v České republice, zaměřuje se především na jejich příjmy a výdaje. Dále pojednává o vzniklých problémech českých zdravotních pojišťoven vyplývajících ze vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie po 1.5.2004. V práci je také proveden odhad budoucích výdajů na zdravotní péči v České republice pomocí dvou metod.

This thesis deals with the health system in the Czech Republic, with a focus on the management of health insurance companies in revenue from premiums collected and expenditure on the health care insurance policy holders. The first part deals with the health system in general to get a general idea of the health system. It deals with various types of health systems, participants in health insurance and various types of health care. The second part is devoted to legal legislation, the history of the health system in the Czech Republic, different types of reimbursement of health care and health insurance status in the health system. The last part of thesis deals with analysis of health insurance, which is based on a comparison of the various health insurance companies in terms of insured persons, income from insurance premiums and expenses and health care.

Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je analyzovat zdravotní pojištění v ČR a vybraných zemích. Zaměřila jsem se na problematiku výdajů na zdravotní péči a soukromé zdravotní pojištění. V první kapitole jsem se zaměřila na zdraví obyvatel a faktory, které zdraví obyvatel determinují. V druhé kapitole jsem charakterizovala jednotlivé druhy zdravotního pojištění. Třetí kapitola je věnovaná zdravotním pojišťovnám v ČR, především specifickému postavení VZP. Ve čtvrté kapitole se věnuji zdravotnímu pojištění v ČR. Kladla jsem velký důraz na soukromé zdravotní pojištění v ČR. Na praktickém příkladě jsem demonstrovala výpočet předepsaného pojistného konkrétních produktů. Poslední kapitola charakterizuje fungování zdravotního pojištění v Německu, Nizozemsku a Belgii.

This diploma thesis deals ecotoxicity wastewater with a focus on wastewater of Motol University Hospital. Motol University Hospital is the largest hospital in the Czech Republic and has the largest production of wastewater. Hospital wastewater contains many chemicals, pharmaceuticals, disinfectants, heavy metals etc.. And these substances cannot be completely eliminated during wastewater treatment. Such water is then taken into the surface and groundwater where it can be dangerous for the environment. There were studied infectious wastewater before disinfection and discharged wastewater desinfected by solution of a sodium hypochloride. Ecotoxicity was determined by acute toxicity tests which according to valid Czech technical standards, methodological guidelines and legislation. Tests were carried out to representatives of fish (aquarium fish Poecilia reticulata), zooplankton (daphnia Daphnia magna), phytoplankton (green algae Desmodesmus subspicatus), higher plants (white mustard Sinapis alba) and luminescent bacterium Vibrio fisheri

This thesis is focused on insurance for foreigners in the systems of public and commercial health insurance in the Czech Republic. Evaluate the effects that would result from the integration of foreigners into the public health insurance, based on the gross costs of the annual reports of commercial insurers and based on the income statement. Work gives a comprehensive overview of the current health care system in the Czech Republic, and design optimization. The first part is devoted to health systems, which are used in the world. They are defined by their key characteristics as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The second part is devoted to public and commercial health insurance in the Czech Republic, where the two systems are compared. In the third part we are analyzed the conditions, limitations, exclusions and insurance products offered price between commercial insurers. There are also quantified the costs and revenues associated with the inclusion of commercially insured foreigners in public health insurance. In the final part evaluates the balance of income and expenditure, which would hold a public health insurance, including the formulation of their own opinion on optimizing the system.
