This diploma thesis topic "Physical measure by the mobile phone" deals in theoretical part with term BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and lesson 1:1, where is solving motivation of integrating devices into the lessons, what are the advantages and disadvatages of this problems and also what are the worries that pedagogues could have. Then thesis deals with equipment of mobile phones, principle of sensors functioning and in the end deals with searches of application for physical measuring by the mobile phones sensors, actual to the date of the writing this thesis. In the practical part thesis deals with comparison of values from aplication to the laboratory equipment. In the end deals with proposals of lessons activities with mobile applications.

The current trends in sources of heat designed for heating the houses are influenced by the consequences, that interfere in the decision making process from the professional point of view (the advisory activity by the expert) as well as from non-professional point of view (the owner or the operator of the house, usually represented by one person). The aim of this thesis is to find the optimal method, that is supposed to secure disinterested decision making, that will be minimally influenced by the subjective experience, customs and also by the advice given by the friends of the decision maker. The thesis concerns the town hall, that will be insulated in the future. Therefore it is eligible to propose to change the heating source, as the current one will be redundant, once the insulation is done. Using the old heating system would be uneconomical. The current heating source is the gas boiler JUNKERS CERAPUR. The energy (heat) loss of the town hall building will be lowered by 50 % once the insulation is done.

The thesis contains basic information regarding Viral hepatitis E, particularly the causative agents, human and animal strains, the clinical picture and occurrence in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. The practical part is focused on analysis of trends of occurrence of the viral hepatitis E in the Czech Republic from the very earliest, up until the present time. The research further looks at morbidity in the different regions of the Czech Republic, which is compared to the morbidity in Plzen region. The practical part further focuses on the specific source, route of transmission and possible preventive measures against viral hepatitis E. In this work, both quantitative and qualitative types of research were used. In quantitative research, secondary analysis of data was used from various sources like EPIDAT. In the qualitative research, semi standardised interviews with doc. MUDr. Petr Pazdiora CSc, and with MVDR. Vaclav Polacek. Based on the interviews, an educational material in form of a leaflet was created. From the year 1996 to the year 2012, a total of 894 cases of HEV where recorded. In 1996, there was only one case of Viral hepatitis E which was recorded. From 1997 to 2005, the occurrence was sporadic and negligible. From 2006, there was a linear increase in viral hepatitis E. The incidence significantly increased in the year 2009 and 2011. In the Czech Republic, Viral Hepatitis E has an upward trend of occurrence. Viral hepatitis E cannot be prevented by active immunization, possibility of a vaccine is still being investigated. Basic preventive measures include maintaining principles of hygiene like avoiding drinking water from unknown sources, food should be prepared using drinking water and fruit should be properly washed and then peeled before consumption. It is important to find out about the occurrence of viral hepatitis E, before travelling to any foreign country. During meat processing, it is important to avoid cross contamination between clean and unclean operations. Before consuming foods like black pudding, sausages, steaks and pies, it is important to ensure that this food is properly cooked using adequate heat and for a period of time. From the research, it can be concluded that, there is need to devote adequate attention to viral hepatitis E. It may seem that the incidence in the Czech Republic is not serious, but it is important to focus on public awareness of this disease, especially the preventive measures so as to stop it from spreading.

The aim of this work is to prepare heterogeneous nanoparticles which means nanoparticles composed of more than one material. Our approach lies in in-flight modification of primary nanoparticles in the tubular sputtering system. Our tubular system contains copper target and we deposit copper onto the flying primary nanoparticles by magnetron sputtering. The main advantage of this approach is independence of fabrication of primary nanoparticles and their subsequent modification. At first we optimized fabrication of nanoparticles by the gas aggregation source on behalf of the next modification. We also characterized conditions in the tubular sputtering system. We found process in the tubular system to be very complex and sensitive to the changes of the operational parameters. There is a strong interaction between flying nanoparticles and the discharge in the tubular system. Due to this interaction the nanoparticles are trapped in the plasma and the deposition rate is pulsing. The result of this work is modification of nickel and silver nanoparticles, preparation of heterogeneous nanoparticles Ni/Cu and Ag/Cu. The worldwide growing consumption of energy forces us to think about how to avoid a possible energetic crisis and its economic and social impacts. One way to avoid the threat is a higher use of energy from renewable resources along with rational consumption of energy. The goal of my diploma work is to evaluate whether the State should support the development in technologies gaining energy from renewable resources and also to evaluate the efficiency of public funds (financial resources) invested in this way. In the first part of my diploma work, I will focus on individual renewable resources in general, clarify their advantages, disadvantages and compare the use of renewable resources in the Czech Republic with the States of the European Union. I will also introduce the legislative structure, out of which the state support of renewable resources results and following on, will make an analysis of the efficiency of this support. The main contribution of my diploma work is the evaluation of State support to the renewable resources of energy.

The thesis deals with the analysis of private equity model focusing on the possibility of its utilizing as a source of finance. The first part contains definitions of important aspects related to the area of private equity. The second part consists of a case study which assesses effects of an investment of private equity companies in a specific enterprise. The investment of the private equity group Penta in AERO Vodochody is analyzed based on various aspects.

The subject of this thesis is precisely what one sentence he says her name - the specifics of the construction and operation of agricultural biogas plants ( BPZS ) including assessment of their economic efficiency in terms of the existing subsidy , subsidy and incentive policies for renewable energy sources ( RES) . The site -specific construction and operation in the detail reports for this purpose specially modified documents business plan - feasibility and economic audit. Economic efficiency of the existing subsidy , subsidy and incentive policy examines modern fundamental financial analysis projects based APV ( taking into account the effects of special financing details of the NPV) . Based on its findings the conclusion of the practical part of the thesis formulated specific recommendations that can effectively contribute to the suppression of the feared consequences of the expected boom BPZS development in the country.

The diploma thesis focuses on preparing and application of controlling tools in a medium sized growing company. Because of the fact that the system of controlling almost did not exist in that company theoretical part of the thesis describes the term of controlling itself, its goals, functions, possible benefits and ways in which companies can approach to controlling. The practical part of the thesis focuses on three key company fields. It is issue of price formation, material management and controlling of orders. For each of these fields the original (and in view of controlling unsatisfactory) state has been mentioned. After that the way of application of controlling measures in each field has been described. Thanks to sufficient time interval it was possible to evaluate results of applied measures and outline future steps that could lead in improvement of company controlling.

The thesis deals with the design and construction of a switching power supply with output voltage adjustable from 0 to 1200 V and rated power of 120 W, which will be used to replace the existing high voltage power supply for the irreversible electroporation (IRE) device developed at UVEE FEEC BUT. The thesis focuses on a basic description of the IRE device, a description of usable converter topologies and a selection of the best topology for the required purpose. The selection of the control circuit concept and its design are also integral parts of the thesis. The final part of the thesis contains the assembly of the power supply and the measurement verifying its function.

The aim of this master thesis is to design a high voltage source for the generation of bipolar pulses, which are suitable for the process of reversible and irreversible electroporation. Further design is electronic control. The first part of the thesis analyzes the theoretical knowledge about the process of electroporation, the second part describes the principles of realization of such sources, the next part deals with the design of the source and its control. The penultimate part is a description of the user manual and the last part is dedicated to the measurement.
