The aim of my diploma thesis was to evaluate the real estate valued by the price and the usual price with the focus on the difficulty of obtaining the documents and information needed for valuation. In the theoretical part, I described the basic terminology for real estate valuation and provided a detailed list of the valuation documents. In the practical part, I made a complete expert report in the Delta-NEM program, and to its sub-sections I presented the possibilities for obtaining information about its creation.

The diploma thesis titled "Selected aspects of domestic violence described in court files and psychological expert opinions" deals with forensic - psychological issues. The theoretical part defines domestic violence, its forms and types. There is also space for individual aspects of domestic violence, including treatises on victims and perpetrators of domestic violence, related myths and consequences. This chapter also covers the issue of how to help. A separate part deals with the court file, its content and composition. The expert opinion, its assignment and content is then devoted to the conclusion of the theoretical part. The empirical part, focused on the examination of selected aspects of domestic violence, was based on an analysis of court files containing the psychological expert opinion in cases of abuse under §198 and §199 of the Criminal code. The goal is to detect the most common deficiencies in processing of expert evidence. By analyzing sufficient amounts of expert evidence, the quality is evaluated by using appropriate criteria in context with the valuation regulations and national and international standards. Evaluation criterias are focused mainly on those parts of the evidence, which are crucial for the outcome of the expert evidence.

Attention is also paid to the protection and limitation of proprietary rights. The second part deals with expert activity and status in the expropriation process. The final part of the thesis is a purely practical one. The content is related to the creation of a practice expert judgement for expropriation purpose, from which describe its structure.

The topic of this thesis is the effect of alcohol consumption on committing violent crime. The aim of this work is to describe the relationship between alcohol use and perpetration of violent crime using a description of selected violent crimes. The theoretical part deals firstly with the individual areas such as alcohol and violent crime. In the following paragraphs work connects these two concepts - thus dealing with alcohol as a criminogenic factor. Finally, the work is devoted to the theoretical models that describe link between alcohol and crime. The practical part contains a description and analysis of two selected violent crimes - murder and robbery, which resulted from a qualitative analysis of court files. Within it are described the circumstances in detail that led to the commission of a crime in connection with the use of alcohol. The work aims to address three main issues - whether the use of alcohol has a role in the criminal career of the offender; on what circumstances related to the commission of the offense is the expertise pointing, as to the issue of alcohol use and express that it is possible in these cases find the influence of alcohol applied to the offense.

The methodology used is an array of reactions by experts to individual and specific points, which are then evaluated and possible methods of solution are proposed. The end of the thesis statistically summarises all problems in a graph and highlights the most critical ones.

Thesis demonstrates historical evolution of property market in Hungary and describes the current market supported by data and graphs. The process of expert evidence preparation is characterized, as well. The result of the thesis is an example of a complex expert evidence for property type flat in accordance with Hungarian statutory.
