This diploma thesis deals with basic questions of expert activities and a more detailed focus on issues coming up in relation to practical expert activities working out expert opinions, especially obtaining materials from executive bodies, authorities, partaking parties or the ordering party. This thesis consists of a questionnaire construction containing expert opinion by professional witnesses, of an analysis of the current legislation and consequent suggested options how to deal with the given issues.

The aim of this thesis is to define the position of an expert on an expropriating proceedings and creating an expert opinion for these uses. In the theoretical part the definitions connected to expropriation and expropriating proceedings are explained. An expert activity and an expert opinion are defined in other chapters in the theoretical part. Last two chapters deal with transportation infrastructure and evaluating of the immovable assets where there are the established price, the common price and the ways of evaluating. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the expert opinion in expropriating proceedings. The established price, the standart price of expropriated immovable assests and compensation for moving are set in a comparing way within the expert opinion.

This master´s thesis deals with the identification of risks which affect the operations of experts activities in the Czech Republic. To obtain the necessary information there will be used a questionnaire in which the forensic experts in the field of Economy will be addressed.In the first part of the thesis there are described theoretical recourses which contains the explanation of basic concepts which are connected with identified risks. The second part of the thesis deals with the professional insurance of experts. By the SWOT analysis will be processed each expert knowledge on the topic of “The Basic issues of the expertising from the risk management.“ Finally will be evaluated the current state of expert activities in the Czech Republic and will be suggested possible measures.

Diploma thesis deals with oficial causes of road accidents and their consequences. In the first part are defined basic terms connected with traffic accidents, their classification and statistical records. The second part is focused on analysis of long – term statistics of traffic accidents in the the Czech Republic for the years 1996-2015, which aim has been assed the total number of accidents, their causes and consequences. The results of the analysis have been compared to other European countries or states associated in OECD. In the context of theoretical part have been characterized legal and also technical interpretation of selected terms of act no 361/200 coll. concerning road traffic. Conclusion of the thesis is based on application of legal and also technical interpretation in case studies with real road accident.

The institute of preventive detention is a new protective measure in our penal law. The theme of this thesis is an analysis of the comission and goals of the new protective measure and focusing on a comparation of theoretical and practical function of this protective measure. The folowing chapters provide the characterization of the preventive detention and its legal framework in the Czech republic. The component part of the thesis is also a description of the preventive detention in a legal framework of other state, concretely Slovakia. At the end of the work there are explicated knowledges obtained during the visit of the Institute for preventive detention Brno. In this chapter not only functional equipment is described but also the compositon of the inmates and employees and their most important competencies. Programms, by which are the medical goals fullfiled are described at the end of the thesis.

The final thesis deals with the issuance of Act No. 254/2020 Coll., On experts, expert offices and expert institutes. The aim is to analyze, describe and evaluate the impact of the law change on expert activities. The analysis took the form of a questionnaire survey addressing 1,002 experts. The evaluation of the results is processed using graphs, tables and free citations of experts. The thesis deals with the characteristics of individual provisions of the law, their negative effects and benefits. The output of the work is an analysis of the current situation. In the end, recommendations and proposals for measures are formulated.

This Dissertation is focused on issues concerning the position of an expert in international arbitration proceedings and in international investment disputes. Unlike proceedings conducted before general courts of law, arbitration proceedings have a number of advantages, and therefore they are used very often to resolve disputes in this area, and arbitration proceedings are used almost exclusively with regard to resolution of disputes relating to international investments. The aim of the Dissertation was an analysis of dispute resolution in arbitration proceedings from the expert's point of view and the expert's position in this procedure. It is without any doubt that experts can help arbitrators to reach a qualified resolution of disputes in a significant way. At first, the Dissertation deals with general and historical issues, such as comparison of methods of dispute solution where an international element appears, in both arbitration and judicial proceedings, and it lists the advantages of arbitration proceedings as well. After specification of the term "expert", the Dissertation provides a view into the expert's profession history in the territory of our country and into its legal regulation. The diploma thesis entitled "The Benefits and limitations of the Cochem model from the point of view of an OSPOD employee" deals with families undergoing adjustment of relations on one hand and with professionals who work with such families on the other. The diploma thesis aims to thoroughly describe the Cochem model, so that the results may be as useful as possible, especially for social workers working at OSPOD, but also for other professionals, who interact with the family during the situation adjustment process. This content can also serve as an informative basis for parents of minor children, who are currently going through a separation / divorce. The purpose of the master's thesis is to find out how OSPOD social workers in selected urban areas of Prague perceive the use of the Cochem model, whether and how they work with it. The aim of the research is to be inspired by knowledge from good practice and to shed light on the bad experiences of social workers.

For theis mason, i tis the main aim of this thesis in a flowchart, the overview of the possibilities of obtaining the neceséry supporting documents to the budget and the tool works and how Theky should proceed in that report. Use the flowchart in expert practice shall be verified at model examples in the conclusion of this dissertation.

The subject of the dissertation is the analysis of conditions for the work of real estate appraisers in the Federal Republic of Germany in comparison with the conditions in the Czech Republic with the aim of finding suitable practices that could be used for the work of experts in the Czech Republic. The thesis also includes proposals for suitable measures that can contribute to the development of expert activities in the Czech Republic, focusing on solving problems related to the determination of the exchange value of immovable property. This analysis includes the analysis of real estate types that are subject to assessment in the given area, approaches to solving valuation problems, methods that are used in valuing immovable assets, entities that are authorized to submit expert opinions, as well as content requirements of expert opinions.
