The recognition and enforcement of foreign acquired rights in the United States.

The mid-twentieth century world is witnessing a struggle for world dominance between two diametrically opposed ideologies, western democracy and totalitarian communism, a conflict that is all embracing, encompassing every aspect of international life. International communism is waging an incessant war against every facet of western life and culture, one component of that being the accepted norms of customary international law.
