In this theses I explain the concept of flexicurity aplied in the conditions of Czech Cepublic. The main goal was to explain the impact of flexicurity on competitiveness in the social and economic framework of Czech Republic. The main topics are labour market processes, social protection and lifelong learning strategy as 3 main pillars of flexicurity working togehter to fight unemployment and support employment and labour market flexibility, to ensure a right mix of social protection for people.
