Alves de Andrade / Banca: Maria Zita Figueiredo Gera / Banca: Pedro Geraldo Tosi / Resumo: Atualmente o cenário das empresas vem sendo redesenhado em função das transformações ocorridas no mundo globalizado, que tem como um dos propósitos viabilizar a qualidade de vida e a qualidade total no mundo do trabalho. Estes conceitos buscam envolver tanto objetivos institucionais, quanto pessoais; sendo viabilizados por mecanismos que constantemente têm sido aprimorados pelas instituições. Este estudo teve por propósito contemplar esta temática tão propagada neste final de século, em que foram contextualizados as relações interpessoais na organização - Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos. A abordagem se caracterizou com uma pesquisa quanti-qualitativa, em que buscou-se elencar as seguintes categorias: Dados sociodemográficos, aspectos socieconômicos, Condições de trabalho, Condições de Saúde, Vida social, cultural e lazer, Perspectivas pessoais e profissionais. Em relação à Qualidade de Vida e de Trabalho identificamos a necessidade de constantemente investir-se nos fatores intervenientes no trabalho. Os resultados obtidos permitiram concluir que em relação aos aspectos compartilhados pelos Carteiros em suas experiências pessoais e profissionais, muito tem sido correlacionado as questões verbalizadas diariamente a estes trabalhadores. / Abstract: Now the scenery of the companies has been redrawn in function of the transformations happened in the world globalizado, that has as one of the purposes to make possible the life quality and the total quality in the world of the work. These concepts look for to involve objectives institutional, as personal so much; being made possible by mechanisms that constantly have been perfect for the institutions. This study had for purpose to contemplate this thematic one so spread in this century end, in that were contextualizados the relationships interpessoais in the organization - Brazilian Company of Mail and Telegraphs. The approach was characterized with a quanti-qualitative research, in that elencar was looked for the following categories: Data sociodemográficos, aspects socieconômicos, work Conditions, Conditions of Health, Life social, cultural and leisure, personal and professional Perspectives. In relation to the Quality of Life and of Work we identified the need of constantly to invest in the intervening factors in the work. The obtained results allowed to end that in relation to the aspects shared by the Postmen in your personal and professional experiences, a lot it has been correlated the subjects verbalized these workers daily. / Mestre
