This diploma thesis deals with a proposal of the business plan for the establishment of a private english kindergarten in Brno. The thesis consists of three main parts. The introduction summarizes the theoretical knowledge which is required for a successful establishment and operating of the kindergarten. The second part deals with analyses of the current market situation and serves to identify specific needs of the target segment. The final part contains the specific business plan for the establishment of a private english kindergarten, which is based on the findings of the two previous parts of the thesis.
