The object of this thesis is to solve a problem with MAN net malfunction. MAN net worked without bigger problems. At certain moment it lost the ability to ensure data transmission. The thesis deals with the transmission technology analysis, it´s security and analysis of possible causes of MAN net malfunction. The result is a proposal of arrangements leading towards removal of the malfunction.
