The aim of the thesis is valuation of the company ConvaTec Česká republika s.r.o. on the date 1. 1. 2011. The thesis consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, analysis and forecast of generators of value and financial plan. Value of the company is determined by DCF entity method. Account method, method of capitalized earnings and method of market multipliers are used in addition. Sensitive analysis examines how value of the company is influenced by changes of growth rate and weighted average capital costs.
