The main purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the connection of the human resources strategy and the strategies focusing on gaining competitive advantage. The strategic analysis of internal and external environment is conducted on a specific company with key focus on its personnal strategy.There is a description of the theoretical and methodological principles in the first part which relates to a particular strategy and to strategic analysis. There is direct application of the theoretical learnings into the practice in the second part.
