2010_AntonioGomesdaCostaNeto.pdf: 854923 bytes, checksum: ba72912c444165e1878c331a8e0158ea (MD5) / Essa dissertação abordou sobre a prática do racismo cultural e institucional em relação às religiões de matrizes Africanas, como manifestação da diversidade cultural e religiosidade, com ênfase na disciplina Ensino Religioso, que se constitui como área de conhecimento da base comum, de oferta obrigatória e de matrícula facultativa nos currículos do Ensino Fundamental e Médio das escolas públicas no Distrito Federal. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa, que tornou possível uma discussão sobre a educação, com foco em relação a participação das Religiões de Matrizes Africanas no Ensino Religioso no Distrito Federal. Para tanto, foi citado o parâmetro das políticas públicas para o Ensino Religioso e as Religiões de Matrizes Africanas e a prática do racismo cultural e institucional. Nesse contexto, foi apresentada a questão da identidade religiosa e sua prática de ensino, enquanto elemento que reflete as identidades nos processos de inclusão e exclusão que constituem a questão da identidade e da diferença. Através de uma fundamentação teórica, foi discorrido sobre o Ensino Religioso, bem como identificou-se os estudos sobre as religiões de matrizes Africanas no Distrito Federal. Também, são apontadas as questões de Políticas Públicas para o Ensino Religioso face a diversidade cultural religiosa e como as religiões de matrizes Africanas participam desse processo de ensino-aprendizagem da disciplina. Portanto, a abordagem foi satisfatória, tendo em vista que se verificou de que modo as políticas públicas distritais contemplam as religiões Africanas no Ensino Religioso, considerando a diversidade populacional brasileira, e a perspectiva da inclusão educacional em relação à religiosidade afrobrasileira como forma de combate ao racismo, além das prerrogativas dos gestores da Secretaria de Educação do Distrito Federal no sentido de tornarem efetivas, as Políticas Públicas Afirmativas. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This essay talks about the cultural racism and the institutional oeyne related to the african religion, like the declaration of religious and cultural diversity, emphasizeing the subject religion, that is commun area that must be offered and the facultative enrol in gymnasium and in high school at the public school in Distrito Federal. The used methodoly was the qualitative, that anabled to discuss about education, aiming the participation of african religious, teaching in Distrito Federal. It was mentioned the public Policies related to the religion teaching and the african religion and the practice of cultural racism and institutional. It was showed the religious identit and the teaching, like something that reflect the identit of the inclution process and exclusion that constitut the identit and the difference. Useing the theoric fundamentation, it was explained about the religious teaching as well it was identificated the beliefs in the african religion in Distrito Federal. It was showed the public policies related to the religious cultural diversity and how the african religion takes part in the learning process of this subject. Therefore, the research was good. It was proved that the public policies contemplates the teaching of african religion considerating the diversity of the brasilian population and the perscpective of the educational inclusion related to the african-brasilian religion like the way to stop the racism beyond the prericogative of educations's Ministerium in DF aiming the effective affirmative public policy.
