IC Industry is the major industry of the country nowadays, and the channel management has been the main issues of internet era, especially after both China and Taiwan entry WTO. However, affected by the internal and external factors in recent years the industry manufacturers have moving to the Mainland China one after another and forming a new IC industry cluster there. In view of this, this research systematically analyzes and compares the current management situation and strategies of these cross-strait IC distribution channels.
