Návrh obchodní strategie ve vybrané organizaci / Draft business strategy at the selected organization

This diploma thesis deals with business strategy of company Autocentrum Elán, Ltd. which should strengthen its competitiveness and provide direction and possibilities for the following period. This work is based on theoretical knowledge and describes analyses of company environment and mainly internal sources and company capabilities. The analytical part deals with the preparation of a company business strategy draft based mainly on analysis of current situation and its evaluation. The greatest emphasis is on development of operating leases when selling the new Škoda cars on which other stages and points of proposed strategy are based on.
