Актуальность выбранной темы состоит в том, что внедрение машинного обучения в системы электронного документооборота является новым и мощным инструментом для упрощения работы с документами. Многие организации уже перевели бумажный документооборот в электронный, поэтому необходимо рассмотреть вопрос как внедрение машинного обучения с систему электронного документооборота повысит производительность каждого сотрудника и предприятия в целом. Целью исследования является автоматизация процесса подготовки документа с использованием алгоритмов машинного обучения. Материалы данной работы, обобщённые по итогам анализа, могут быть использованы в качестве практического применения на предприятии для повышения эффективности работы всех подразделений и как следствие получения экономической выгоды от внедрения машинного обучения в систему электронного документооборота. / The relevance of the chosen topic lies in the fact that the introduction of machine learning into electronic document management systems is a new and powerful tool for simplifying work with documents. Many organizations have already transferred paper workflow to electronic, so it is necessary to consider how the introduction of machine learning from an electronic document management system will increase the productivity of each employee and the enterprise as a whole. The aim of the research is to automate the document preparation process using machine learning algorithms. The materials of this work, summarized according to the results of the analysis, can be used as a practical application at the enterprise to increase the efficiency of all departments and, as a result, obtain economic benefits from the introduction of machine learning into the electronic document management system.
