Объект исследования - особенности профессионального выгорания и жизнестойкости педагогов. Предмет исследования - проявление профессионального выгорания и жизнестойкости педагогов в контексте специфики отношения к системе педагогической работы. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (98 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки применявшихся методик, особенностей распределения участников по группам, графика собственных значений для факторного анализа. Объем магистерской диссертации 102 страницы, на которых размещены 12 рисунков и 11 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме профессионального выгорания и жизнестойкости педагогов. Представлены разделы, посвященные исследованию теоретических подходов к пониманию и изучению профессионального выгорания, его особенностей у педагогов, а также дается анализ феномену жизнестойкости педагогов. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: тесту жизнестойкости Мадди, опроснику профессионального выгорания Маслач, авторской анкете, направленной на выявление особенностей отношения педагогов к системе образования. Также в главе представлен корреляционный и факторный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны факторы, оказывающие влияние на профессиональное выгорание педагогов и их жизнестойкость. / The object of the study is the features of professional burnout and resilience of teachers. The subject of the study is the manifestation of professional burnout and resilience of teachers in the context of the specific attitude towards the system of pedagogical work. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references (98 sources) and an appendix, which includes forms of the methods used, features of the distribution of participants into groups, and a graph of eigenvalues for factor analysis. The volume of the master's thesis is 102 pages, which contain 12 figures and 11 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problem, sets the goal and objectives of the research, defines the object and subject of the research, formulates the main and additional hypotheses, indicates the methods and empirical basis, as well as the stages of the research, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the topic of professional burnout and the resilience of teachers. Sections devoted to the study of theoretical approaches to understanding and studying professional burnout, its characteristics among teachers are presented, and an analysis is given of the phenomenon of teachers' resilience. Conclusions for the first chapter represent the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It presents a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained from all the methods used: Personal Views Survey by Muddy, Maslach Burnout Inventory, the author’s questionnaire aimed at identifying the characteristics of teachers’ attitudes towards the education system. The chapter also presents correlation and factor analysis of the research results. The findings of Chapter 2 include the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are summarized, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, the practical significance of the study is substantiated and the factors influencing the professional burnout of teachers and their resilience are described.
