Main essence of the thesis is to evaluate current situation of the company in it‘s competitive environment and to propose strategy enhancing competitiveness and sustaining leadership in the marketplace. The first part of this thesis is based on theoretical background, which are needed for subsequent evaluation of a current state of the company in terms of an internal and external context. Based on the findings, the last part of the thesis is focused on proposal, that will lead the company to fulfill the strategy, which is to strengthen of the competitiveness.
