This diploma thesis deals with a business plan for starting own business specialized in the sale of golf balls in the Czech Republic through e-commerce. The thesis proceeds from defining theoretical fundamentals to the analysis of external and internal environment of the company up to the specific concept of the business plan. The aim of the thesis is to create an economically realistic business plan.
