The aim of the thesis is a proposal of changes making the swimming school operation more effective. On the basis of the Internal Environmental Analysis and External Environmental Analysis are specified the key factors influencing the money management, revealed the weak points in the managerial processes and formulated proposals and recommendations for improvement.
