This thesis focuses on developing a business plan to establish a restaurant. The theoretical part describes the prerequisites for a well-developed business plan. The practical part of a SWOT analysis, analysis of the external environment and financial reinsurance business. Finally the proposed plan of development strategies and appreciation of its benefits.
