Marketingová strategie vybraného občanského sdružení. / Marketing strategy of selected civic association.

The diploma thesis "Marketing strategy of selected civic association" aims to the problem of marketing strategy and its application to non-profit organizations. Theoretical part defines non-profit organizations, where Civic association "Šestikráska" belongs, describes marketing strategy with all its parts and marketing mix. The practical part presents the history and activity of Civic association "Šestikráska", implements the marketing analysis and marketing mix. The aim of this thesis is to design improvements and innovations, which leads to the better position of this organization on the market.
