This work is focused on Burnout Syndrome among employees and self-employed / en-trepreneurs in public and private sector. There is a comparison of obtained data via online survey which was established based on Maslach Burnout Inventory. The goal is to examine the differences between employees and self-employed / entrepreneurs working in both public and private sector. The work consists of analysis, interpretation of results and discussion together with suggestions.
