Denna kvalitativa intervjustudie syftar till att undersöka socialtjänstens, skolans, polisens och fritidsverksamhetens upplevelser av hur samverkan inom arbetsmetoden social insatsgrupp fungerar rent praktiskt och vilka förväntningar som präglar samverkan mellan aktörerna. Studiens resultat grundar sig i åtta semistrukturerade intervjuer med nio respondenter som är yrkesverksamma inom en mellanstor svensk kommun. Samtliga respondenter har erfarenhet av att samverka inom social insatsgrupp. Resultatet visar bland annat att ett systematiskt arbetssätt är en förutsättning för en fungerande samverkan. Av resultatet framkommer även att en tydlig rollfördelning är viktig för arbetet inom social insatsgrupp men att det inom den aktuella kommunen finns motsägelser i vilka förväntningar som präglar de olika aktörernas roller jämfört med den logik som präglar aktörernas ordinarie verksamhet. Utifrån resultat har författarna kommit till slutsatsen om att samverkansarbetet inom metoden bör utvärderas och att målet med arbetet är mer betydelsefullt än arbetsprocessen. / This qualitative study is based on interviews and has the purpose to examine the experience of collaboration within the method ‘social insatsgrupp’. The study focuses on respondents from following organisations; social service, school, police and leisure. The study reaches to examine experience that answers questions regarding the practice of the collaboration and if the different roles in ‘social insatsgrupp’ are characterized by different expectations. Eight interviews were made with nine respondents from one municipality in Sweden whom all has experience of collaborating within the method ‘social insatsgrupp’. The result shows that the collaboration within the method has to be systematic in order to function. Furthermore the result shows that there are contradictions between what expectations are characterizing the different roles and the reality of the organisations ordinary functions. Based on the result the writers conclude that it is important to evaluate the collaboration in ‘social insatsgrupp’ and that the goal of the collaboration is more important than the process itself.
