Syftet med studien är att förstå hur samverkan fungerar utifrån arbetet med tidiga och samordnade insatser (TSI) för barn och unga. Det sker genom en kvalitativ metod i form av en dokumentstudie. De dokument som har studerats bestod av offentligt tillgängliga dokument kring sju olika utvecklingsarbeten som ingår i satsningen TSI. Studiens frågeställningar fokuserar på hur arbetet med TSI är strukturerat och vilka framgångsfaktorer samt hinder som arbetet med TSI har bidragit med. Det insamlade materialet analyserades utifrån en tematisk analys. De teman som skapades i analysen har sedan använts för att dela in resultatet i underrubriker och svarar på studiens frågeställningar. Resultatet som analyserades utifrån samverkansteori visar på att arbetet med TSI kan utvecklas genom olika former av samverkan. Framför allt handlar det om former av samverkan genom multidisciplinära team där organisationer och professioner arbetar tillsammans under en längre tid, vilket bland annat har bidragit till ett förbättrat informationsutbyte mellan de samverkande parterna. För att samverkan ska ha förutsättningarna för att bli framgångsrik krävs det att olikheter i kunskaps och förklaringsmodeller, i regelsystem och i organisation identifieras, lyfts fram och diskuteras. / The purpose of the study is to understand how collaboration works based on the work with early and coordinated interventions (TSI) for children and young people. This is done through a qualitative method in the form of a document study. The documents studied consisted of publicly available documents on seven different development projects that are part of the TSI initiative. The study's questions focus on how the work with TSI is structured and what success factors and obstacles the work with TSI has contributed. The collected material was analyzed based on a thematic analysis. The themes created in the analysis have then been used to divide the results into subheadings and answer the study's questions. The results that were analyzed based on collaboration theory show that the work with TSI can be developed through various forms of collaboration. Above all, this involves forms of collaboration through multidisciplinary teams where organizations and professions work together for a long time, which has contributed to an improved exchange of information between the collaborating parties. For collaboration to have the potential to be successful, it is necessary for differences in knowledge and explanatory models, in regulatory systems and in organization to be identified, highlighted and discussed.
