兩岸政治定位問題是兩岸必然需要面對的問題，也是兩岸未來和平發展的重要基礎。但兩岸政治定位問題卻也是十分棘手且複雜的問題，單就台灣內部而言，對於兩岸的政治定位見解眾說紛紜。因此，本文選擇從「中華民國憲法」的角度出發，藉由憲法的最高性與權威性為兩岸政治定位找出定見。
本研究藉由憲法學理、學者學說、國家主權理論與國際在憲法上特殊政治定位案例的研究，分析各國在憲法上特殊的政治定位關係以及學說理論的討論，嘗試討論出兩岸政治定位未來可能的政治定位發展途徑。 / The Cross-strait political status is necessary to face the issue, but also an important future cross-strait peace and development foundation. But cross-strait political status is also very difficult and complex issue, one of Taiwan itself, the status of views on both sides of the political opinions. Therefore, this choice from the "Constitution of the R.O.C." point of view, by the highest constitutional authority for the two sides of the political positioning and identify stereotypes.
The theoretical study by the Constitution, scholars doctrine of national sovereignty in constitutional theory and international political status on the specific case studies, analysis of national constitutional and political status of the special relationship between the theory and doctrine of the discussion, try to discuss a possible future cross-strait political status path to development.
