本研究是探討出生於印度的當代心靈學大師克里希納穆提之學說思想，特別是有關於「心靈教育」方面的主題。論文所探討的主要內容可細分為以下幾部份：
一、簡單敘述克氏的出身、被發掘的經過、教育背景、靈性成長的心路歷程和學說思想的主要特色等。
二、就克氏講演中所最常談論到的一般主題，如「思想」、「權威」、「依賴」、「智慧」、「自由」、「自知」、「內在革命」及「自己的亮光」等，各別提出討論使讀者對克氏學說思想有個概略性的瞭解。
三、針對克氏平時所常探討的主題裡，就其中與「心靈教育」較為關係密切者，提出探討，並試著分成幾項個人修悟所應經過的「階段」，簡單敘述有利於個人心靈成長的因素。
四、在探討過克氏學說思想裡幾個最重要主題以後，作者僅就克氏學說思想中的精要或極有可能會被誤用的地方，就其「正用」與「誤用」兩方面分別作說明。此外，在最後一節裡，作者僅就他個人研究克氏學說思想的心得，從心靈教育實施的「對象」與「場所」兩方面提出建議。 / This study mainly focused on Krishnamurti's teachings, especially spiritual education. The thesis is made up of the following parts:
1. The first part is the biography of Krishnamurti, inclusive of his birth, family, school life, how he was found, life in England, and briefly described his pilgrimage of spiritual enlightenment.
2. The second part is the narration of general themes which often appeared on Krishnamurti's talks and discussions, such as, "freedom"、"self-knowledge"、"inner revolution" and "one's own light".
3. The author chose the themes which closely linked with the enlightenment of individual as the topics of discussions. There are three steps for a student to come through, if he (or she) wants to seek his (or her) spiritual enlightenment. A further discussion will be seen here.
4. On the last part of thesis the methods of how we could rightly carry out Krishnamurti's teachings on spiritual education were disscussed. In addition to this, the author also offered the readers some practical suggestions, which would be helpful for readers' enlightenment.
