This diploma work deals with problem of unemployment in the district of Znojmo in the years 2005-2007. It includes detail analysis of situation on the labor market, unemployment structure in relation to age, education, sex and unemployment length. The work also contains proposed solutions and measures that could contribute to the reduction of the unemployment rate in the district of Znojmo.
